The company replaces the lights very quickly and responsively.

Made it very painful to replace 1 broken stake. Very time consuming and took months for a simple replacement that any other company would have done as a courtesy yet they charged me for the stake and shipping. Staff was friendly but policy is not customer friendly

While the website was easily maneuverable and the products were of good quality, the descriptions were confusing. Packages were not delivered on time, in the wrong quantity, customer service is nonexistent, and the downfalls set our project back a week.

I ordered online and everything went very smooth. The lights arrived in a timely manner.

Searching online for replacement outdoor lighting I stumbled upon this website. As a reluctant online buyer, I studied everything written about these path lights. Ordering was easy and the shipment of six path lights arrived extremely well packaged. I actually installed them myself and they look beautiful - exactly as pictured.

This is an easy answer. Ruby A. sent me a very nice e-mail, telling me that she could help me. I was thrilled that she provided me with a link so I could buy the lights (that matched the ones I had just purchased from wayfair). I was upset because I had the packing slip from wayfair but they could not find my order that had just been sent on Sept 19th. I sent e-mails to every company name on the packing slip and the very next day I got the e-mail from Leonlite /Ruby A. I would recommend Leonlite/Torchstar to anyone needing quality lighting. I choose to use low voltage landscaping lights because they last and are so easy to install and look great. I received such professional and really quick service, but I received personal understanding and when Ruby used the term" it's no problem at all" I knew that I had the right place .
