the company was fine to deal with, unfortunately they use DPD for delivery who would not leave due to no one in although instructions had been given to leave in porch. It took 5 days to get the delivery once dispatched. No the fault of Nursery World but they may wish to look at who they use for delivery

Lesters always have everything I need in stock. Their website is so easy to use, I have also been in their shop before now and again very lovely experience. My item was shipped and with me within less that 2 days! Always a fantastic experience shopping with them.

Easy ordering and expected delivery date was spot on! Others stated delivery was much later!

Amazing experience ordered a combo item where some pieces were in stock and some weren't and they sent me individual pieces as they came in stock. Always available to talk and great communications. Items arrived quickly once in stock all in perfect condition. Couldn't have asked for any more.

I was looking for a pushchair bundle as a gift for my son and his partner, I found the exact item I was looking for at Lesters Nurseyworld. Their price was excellent and they were really helpful with the questions we had before placing the order. They responded immediately to our emails, even on weekends and kept in touch until the item had been delivered, I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again.

Purchased the Bugaboo Fox 5 which cost almost £1200 in Feb 2025. Didnt use it until May 2025. Its now Sept 2025 and the base on the bassinet has snapped clean off. We have waited 3 weeks (and counting) for a replacement. Still not had the replacement after chasing maybe 5 times. Communication is like pulling teeth. What’s the point of a warranty that they refuse to honour? They have SAID the part is coming (after a LOT of chasing on my part) but still nothing. Emails to them have to be chased with numerous phone calls. My son has been without a pram for almost a month as he’s not ready for the upright pram. So unless I want to carry him everywhere he’s stuck and so are we. After writing to them again they had the nerve to blame me for not sending the requested pictures and according to them they requested this ‘numerous times’. I wrote to them on 3rd Sept. They didnt bother to reply to the email. I chased on 6th. They claimed they didnt get my email but would send me a new email with everything they needed.
They didnt do that. Instead miraculously found the email they claimed they hadnt received and requested info on 8th Sept. I sent it all on 8th September. I chased and chased and chased and each time was told it was done and all in the hands of Bugaboo. Since then, Bugaboo have told me Lesters didnt bother to send them the request until today. 3 weeks after the initial request and 2.5weeks after they said they had. I can only assume the place is staffed by kids who needed their parents to dress them until they were 17.
