Resolved London Marathon club place issue quickly
As a club admin for the London marathon I was having issues allocating places with links failing and possibly user error - fast response from LDT and all sorted in under 24hrs so my runners now have their places sorted

Event seemingly cancelled but I wasn't informed
Booked QE Olympic Park 10k through this site. Turned up today. Nobody in sight. Nothing. Came all the way from Devon and stayed overnight. No contqct. No email to say its cancelled. Nothing. Now looking at the website it says cancelled. Why wasn't I informed and why haven't I been given a refund? Now I need a refund and compensation. Terrible service. Such a shame as I booked a race every weekend and thought I could trust this company. Clearly not.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and we're really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is when an event is cancelled, especially if you weren’t aware beforehand and have travelled to the event location!
I can see that we’ve now replied to the email you sent over the weekend, and I just wanted to clarify a few points. The cancellation email for this event was sent out by the event organiser, RunThrough, on 16th November when they made the decision to cancel. All event-related emails, including updates and cancellations, are sent directly by the organiser rather than by Let’s Do This.
At the same time, our event page was updated to show that the event had been cancelled to help inform runners as quickly as possible.
In their cancellation email, RunThrough would have included the options available for your entry which typically include a refund, transfer, or credit. If you didn’t receive that email, the best next step is to contact RunThrough directly, as they will be able to confirm your options and action the one you prefer. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to authorise refunds or changes on their behalf.

Checking on the status of my registration
I wanted to check and ensure that my husband and I were signed up and fully paid for the Honolulu Marathon. I wasn't able to confirm on the website fully to my satisfaction so I emailed customer service. I got a response from their representative, Manuel, and he was so kind and helpful and professional! I was very, very pleased with the level of service I received from him and from the organization! Mahalo nui loa from Hawai'i!
