Great products, poor gift card delivery
Levenger has wonderful products, which is why I chose to give a family member a digital gift card. What I find frustrating is that this company, unlike every other online retailer I've purchased from, will not send the gift card directly to the recipient. Why not? It adds an unnecessary extra step for the purchaser: waiting for the email and then forwarding it.

Great idea. Poor execution.
Freewrite is a wonderful idea. The problem is in the execution. A product like this must put the writer first at every single touchpoint. Unfrortunately, too many time, too quickly, it's obvious they quickly pivoted from what was best for the customer to what was best for their bottom line. It's understandable, but a device built on helping writers has to do that above all else, and both the Freewrite Alpha and Travelers have too many glaring UI/UX, documentation, and tragically bad flaws to recommend.

Exceptional product – an A4 option would make it perfect!
I absolutely LOVE my Levenger product! The quality is exceptional, it is beautifully made, and I genuinely enjoy using it. It has quickly become one of my favourite stationery products.
The only significant downside for me is that I cannot adjust or configure it properly for standard A4 paper size. Here in the UK and throughout Europe, A4 is the standard paper size and is used everywhere.
I really hope Levenger considers developing an A4-compatible or adjustable version in the future. I honestly believe this would make an already exceptional product even better and would make it much more attractive to customers across the UK and Europe.
I would absolutely buy an A4 version, and I’m sure many other European customers would too.
5 stars for the quality and concept — please bring us an A4 option! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've used the Circa planner/system for years. It's the best, most affordable, good quality organizational systems on the market. And, I love the beautiful pens. Levenger has been my favorite, trusted company for my professional stationary needs.

I love the quality of your products
I love the quality of your products. It would be nice if there were more sizes of refill paper for this mid-size journal.
And I wish you would bring back your line of women's purses. I have the small black one with all the organizing features. Wish you had one that was a bit larger!!!

Hassle when items not gift wrapped as paid for
Ordered items to be gift wrapped they were not gift wrapped called Levenger was informed I would need to submit a photo to substantiate my claim the total was about $15 I don’t know how to use my iPhone to send a photo I should prolly learn my daughter is my teacher in using my iPhone she is out of town my order was over $300 we are long time customers 20+ years
