I always have trouble ordering from your company. It needs changed.
I have ordered many times from Levenger. I always have trouble with the order form. Today, when I got to the final screen there was the wrong number of pens I wanted to order (one pen I wanted 2 of, and another only one, but it reversed the amts.) Plus, that stupid free return amount showed up when I chose to NOT have it on every screen. Plus--all those extras below to choose from under the product are very confusing. THEN, I can never print the final confirmation for some reason, and it does not show up on my email for quite a while after. Your company seems to cause so much trouble with ordering, the only one I have trouble with. However, I will keep trying these orders as I love your products.

I will never shop at Levenger again. I was a customer for many years, and they hassled me and stalled after a return. Rotten customer service. They have changed!

Cheap quality, slow shipping
The bag I bought is flimsy, cheap material. The description made it out to be heavy fabric. It took 3 days for the company to ship the bag after I ordered it. I contacted customer service and they didn't seem to care that it hadn't shipped. For the price, the quality and customer service are severely lacking for this company.
