Order took longer to arrive than expected. Pen was smaller than expected. I've ordered a few pens from Levenger in the past. This was not the same.

Over the years I've placed multiple orders from Levenger and they have always always been great. This most recent time was no different. First off, the pen I ordered was on sale at a very attractive price. It arrived promptly and was very well wrapped and in perfect condition. The pen is of excellent quality and even more beautiful than it looked online. This is a gift for my daughter, and she will love it! Thank you for maintaining high standards in your products and services.

I ordered a True Writer in Zazu pattern. The pen coloring was a disappointment. The color was to be prominently reds. The pen received was heavy blue and green. I did an exchange due to the coloring. The second pen was a disappointment as well. The top of the pen was almost all yellow and the bottom was reddish. I have ordered True Writer pens from Levenger in the past which were resin but never had this kind of disappointing colors.

Levenger is my go to vendor for fountain pens and ink. Affordable products that work well for me--besides letters, my levenger pen and inks have allowed me to write my own copy of the books of Moses, along with Joshua and half of judges so far.

I appreciated how easy it was to shop
early for holiday gifts. What I purchased
