Fick mina händer på en Levoit Core 400, frakten var jätte snabb, samt trevligt bemötande i en mail konversation jag hade med dem innan köpet.

Luftrenaren har också hållit mitt hem väldigt friskt sen jag fick den, auto inställingen gör allt jobb!

Kan rekommendera både företaget och Levoit Core 400!

Have bought a Levoit Mini Air Purifier through Amazon which arrived with a USA 110 volt power supply.

Asked for a replacement to use in the UK and received another unit with a USA 110 volt power supply.

I contacted Levoit directly and their service has been superb. They have replaced the unit directly from their own warehouse.

Couldn't be happier. An honourable company

Terrible customer support. You send them an email asking for an explanation or some help, and they respond with a canned/boxed reply that has nothing to do with what you asked. I guess the air purifiers are okay so far, I've only had them for a week, but their support system really sucks.

I love Levoit products. I’ve been using the Levoit Dual 100 Humidifier and it is 💯 by far the best humidifier and diffuser at the same time. Very simple design and easy to manage. This item is a must on winter where I live and I run it 24/7 and it never fails me.

Levoit is the best company and brand in the world for its Air Purifiers (not tested the other products yet) ,as in technical and customer support.

I tell this, because i've used before other brands,and i am then abble to compare and benchmark.

My LV PUR 131 unit barely lasted past warranty. Suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t power back on. Contacted CS and they gave me the quick brush off. No tips on trouble shooting, no loyalty discount to purchase another unit. NOTHING. I researched multiple review sites and found out this has been a complaint for YEARS. Don’t waste your money on a low quality Levoit product.

Air purifier works super effective, produce fresh air. Fantastic design, good looking guy! Make the whole room feel comfortable. Very easy to setup! I really like it!

Purchased 4 Levoit Vista 200, 2 of them are clearly underpowered (max setting on them basically corresponds to minimum setting on the others). Contacted Levoit, they requested invoice and video evidence. Provided invoice and video evidence, they forwarded me to Levoit Europe. Contacted Levoit Europe, they requested invoice and video evidence. Provided invoice and video evidence, they ignored me for ~1 month, then forwarded me a message in Spanish from the seller requesting video evidence. They eventually shipped a new (and much better) one (rated 24W instead of 15W despite same model number). Explained them 2 are defective and requested another one. They refused because I only sent 1 video, despite that video showing 2 defective units. After insisting, they finally shipped another one with the same issue. Turns out they sell 3 different products under the same model number (Vista 200) and with the same packaging: batch number 0420 is excellent (powerful (rated 24W), silent, heavy, internal power supply, fixed power cord, no visible seams, no internal rail on top); batch number 0619 is average (average power (rated 15W), loud, light, external power supply, detachable power cord, visible seams, internal rail on top); batch number 0620 is awful (ineffective/underpowered/weak (rated 15W), silent, light, external power supply, detachable power cord, visible seams, internal rail on top). Notice how the product gets worse with every batch (yet model number and packaging remain conveniently unchanged). They effectively advertise good products but sell you different bad products disguised as good ones. I initially got 0619s, then 0620s. Only got a 0420 after complaining (and insisting and waiting), and even then they only shipped 1 instead of 2. They eventually offered to refund 50% of 1 unit, which they never did (Amazon refunded 100% meanwhile).

I tried to order an air purifier during the second week of September. It was listed as in stock during the time of my purchase and I received an email on Monday of the following week saying my order had been shipped. I was charged for this order on that day and the charge was approved on that day as well. I checked the FedEx tracking, which originally said my order would come on 09/16/2020, but it soon changed to 'label printed, delivery date pending'. This is how it remained for the following three weeks. I can understand shipping delays especially in the wake of wild fires, but to delay for nearly a month for a product shipping within state?? Besides the confirmation I received on the date of purchase and the shipping notification email, I received no other correspondence from the Levoit company. I contacted customer service twice about my order after waiting 2 weeks and then 2 weeks more. Both times, they responded as if my order was already processed and on its way, but I knew this was untrue. I explicitly asked if the product I ordered was backordered and they avoided my question both times. The representatives kept the facade up that my purchase was on it's way, but clearly it was not. I eventually asked to cancel my order and they made it seem like it would be an inconvenience to have to "stop" the shipment, but I received the refund notification and order cancellation confirmations less than 12 hours after submitting my cancellation request. I think they handled this terribly. I ordered from elsewhere.

Love my new Levoit Vista 200 Air Purifier. After just two days I could already sense that the air quality in my home was much improved. Lots of cool features and very affordable compared to others I perused online. My Sunbeam mini tower air Purifier and the so called 12 month aer1 Hepa filter.......👎 Bye bye!
