The only reason I’m given a one is cause I have no choice. DO NOT BUY from this company. All the reviews are the same as mine. They won’t refund my money after i cancelled an item.

In fact the item I was buying was more expensive than other stores / online stores also. I keep getting the same email from Leo, my refund is a priority and sorry for the long wait. Well it’s over a month. DONT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Disgraceful company.

This company is a scam. We spent €200 on a dehumidifier that turned out to be a piece of junk that didn't take any moisture out of the air and the water tnk didn't fill up at all. We sent it back which cost another €50 for the Chinese customs to have not allowed it in. I'm in constant contact with them to ask what the next steps are because we sent it with tracking and everything and now we've no idea where it is. We're convinced it did actually make it back to the company and now they're just reselling to someone else. Waste of €250. Such a shame companies are scamming people like this as if the cost of living isn't high enough. Steer clear of these guys

Not even 1 star! DO NOT BUY from this company. Their products are flimsy, and when you receive them and they don’t work, the company send you email after email with troubleshooting steps that don’t work and then they expect you to open the mechanism with a screwdriver and check the wiring!! This is not only UNSAFE, but completely unreasonable. DO NOT PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I hate having to give them even 1 star but I can't do no stars .I have already done 2 reviews regarding this joke of a company but still the stress continues.The product is totally useless and worthless and it's impossible to get a refund.Luckily I got my money back from my credit card company and an investigation found in my favour.That isn't the end though ,Marvics want me to pay the cost of returning their useless , dangerous product which of course I am not liable for. Now they are threatening debt recovery agencies etc ,I know they haven't got a leg to stand on but it's still unsettling.I have informed everyone I can ,Amazon ,who continue to advertise their products and won't listen and Trading Standards but still people are falling victim. Surely there must be a way to stop them !!

Unfortunately for me I fell into the same trap as everyone else for this scam
Have received a tiny product with no name nothing like the one advertised.
I actually haven’t even switched it on as I’m trying to return ( I will probably get nowhere) as I’ve seen the genuine reviews unfortunately to late.
How are these companies allowed to get away with this? I’m going to do all I can to make them accountable but again they will probably get away.
If you’re reading this it’s probably to late for you as like me and many others you have been conned

I really wish l had checked reviews before l bought 3 units. Its a scam of a company, the products arrived but no name on them and just states made in China. I didnt bother even requesting a refund, l went straight to my credit card company and told them it was a scam and l was refunded. After the credit card company contacted them, they asked me to return the products but l would beed to cover the initial delivery costs and return costs to Hong Kong. No thanks!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Be very wary. They randomly took £202.30 from my account in December for a "package" (I still don't know what for).I immediately flagged it with my bank and then I googled the company and emailed them asking to explain what and why. Nothing. 69 days later they still have my money and occasionally reply to my emails telling me "the shipment is delayed in transit returning to our international warehouse". I never ordered anything from them, I haven't received anything and they still have my money. My bank is also investigating.

I just ordered the Marvics D2 dehumidifier and paid €200 plus shipping. It is very small in size, water storage etc relative to what I was led to expect and would be expensive at half the price. I googled dehumidifiers and got a legitimate looking survey putting the D2 as number 1. I am disgusted. I have just emailed them saying I wish to return it and will probably take the matter further

I ordered two units based on a review which very much mimicked Choice...it wasn't Choice...it was a very misleading endorsement of this product. I ordered two units on the basis of this article...one broke down on the second day. Returning was not an option because there was no guarantee the and postage cost was prohibitive...I since checked Temu and found similar products for a fraction of the price these people charged. Shameful and unprofessional. Do not purchase and be sure to warn other with lung issues not to order. I find it disgusting when items essential to those with health issues turn out to be scams.

Do not buy anything from this company, it is scam, the product is fake, no warranty papers. This is not a Marvic product, you will get ripped off over $300.

I would give 0 or minus if I could. Please avoid this company if you can. I purchased goods in good faith in December. Evri (that's a whole other story) delivered to another address in my neighbourhood, luckily they took the photo for proof as I never found the parcel. Do you think I can get my money back from this company - still fighting even now in February as they say we are waiting on an appeal from the couriers. No care for the customer at all.

Looked good on advertisements, but is cheaply made, definitely not worth the money

Actually sent an air purifier, but not one worth anything near what they charged. I tried to return it as it didn't have a three pin plug, they offer 3% of what you've paid or a return to Hong Kong at a cost of £35 plus a handling charge, plus no guarantee it will not disappear in Customs e.g, 'don't bother trying, we'll find a way to not return your money'.

Absolutely disgraceful , do not buy!!
Ordered, took ages to arrive and no tracking, was very disappointed with it, was absolutely not worth £10 never mind £155 they charged , didn’t even come with proper plug on, then took multiple emails to get it returned
Posted it back and they wouldn’t pay customs at their end so I paid it , finally they got it and signed for it ! No refund and no reply to emails!
Did chargeback on my credit card and I’m going to get my money back!
Though Cost over £80 to send back with customs, so still out of pocket

Absolute rubbish. Total scam Chinese company not a uk company.

I ordered a purifier and an extra filter cartridge. The extra cartridge arrived absolutely crushed on delivery, the company ignored most emails untill I got in touch with the bank to reverse the charge, then they replied, promising the world and not delivering. A broken clock is more reliable than this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a company fronting as a UK company that is in fact a shell company operating from Hong Kong. Don't pay for express post, it's going to take 2 weeks minimum for a parcel to "apparently arrive". From Hong Kong, not the UK. You will receive a notification from a courier company that your order has been delivered, but never was. THIS IS A SHAM. This company has been reported to Trading Standards.

Do not buy. This thing is a toy and I would be surprised if it even made a difference in a cupboard. It gets I top reccomendation from a dodgy set up that claims its tested by Evan Mitchell who is a fictious character.
