Lexadon do not respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. We have had a broken door for +6 months, despite flagging that this is a safety issue. The maintenance team occasionally come, sometimes without warning, but are rarely equipped or aware of what issues they are resolving. We have raised some maintenance issues (broken blinds) for now +6 months.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Lexadon is an absolute joke of a professional company, charging extortionate prices yet the employees can’t seem to understand the basic concepts of building management. They will try and steal your money at every opportunity and will happily let you pay rent to live in damp, squalid conditions. And if they send builders round you can guarantee a completely separate part of your flat will be broken by the time the builders are gone (eg come to fix a window and break the toilet off the wall), and your flat will be a filthy mess. Do yourselves a favour and rent elsewhere.

So Lexadon have told me they are planning to jack up the rent by OVER 30 PER CENT in December (less than the legal six months minimum for yearly contract tenants). I’ve lived here for 9 months.

The average private rental increase rate in London this year was around 2 per cent.

That said, the elevator has worked three times. And the building is falling apart.

Issues from the first day of moving in. No professional clean as stated, light bulbs out in all rooms, broken extractor fan in bathroom, broken heated flooring, filthy windows and rubbish in draws. We have been living in the flat for 7 months now and still nothing has been sorted. We have been passed from person to person, had emails ignored, and consistently struggled to get a response. I have called several times but anyone I'm trying to contact has conveniently 'just gone into a meeting'. This is an awful company, and its common knowledge across the building that Lexadon are awful landlords. I mentioned to them that we would withhold rent until issues were sorted, and they replied almost instantly, threatening us that we would be going against our contract, and subsequently evicted. DO NOT RENT A LEXADON PROPERTY.

Utterly shocking, chaotic and unethical company. Constantly ignoring questions, security issues and their responsibilities. They block residents on social media who report their unethical practices and have the most aggressive, unprofessional and amateurish ethos towards tenants that I have ever encountered. Nothing but excuses, evasion and shifting costs, repairs and replacements onto tenants without justification to satisfy investors. Ignore the fake reviews — they are loathed by everyone in the building (just ask any of them). Do NOT make the mistake we made and rent from this company under any circumstances.

The best guidance and experience I would want out of a viewing. Couldn’t fault them.

Horrendous.

Repeated failure to fix anything in the property including a ceiling which was left to leak for weeks.

Left projects part constructed for months.

Would ignore emails consistently.

Attempted to overcharge us for multiple repairs.

Would not treat damp/mould in the property causing a tenant to develop asthma. Only treated the damage once a formal note from a GP was sent over.

Do not under any circumstances use this company.

The issues were brought to your attention multiple times. In order for my experience to be 'verified' by Trustpilot, I had to provide evidence that what I'm saying was true. I was able to, hence the verification.

Regarding the overcharging; the original charge which your employees fabricated was c.£2400 for a door and three fence panels. After endless querying and you company's failure to show what we were actually paying for, it was brought down to £600. If that isn't over charging I don't know what is.

Furthermore, in your reply, you have failed to acknowledge anything regarding the 'part constructed projects' and asthma inducing mould. I'm therefore assuming that is something your company is taking responsibility for.
