Lexivon Reviews

I only ordered 1 item and now 3 have arrived and I have been charged for them. I will no longer do any business with this company.

Excellent service and high quality tools, did exactly what I needed it to do,would be more than happy to recommend to anyone, and would love to review more of your range of tools. Thanks keep up the good work.

I am writing this review because I feel that Lexivon Customer Service did an excellent job helping me when I had a problem. They went way out of their way to help solve my problem. Bottom Line is this: I would very highly recommend Lexivon because not only did they provide great customer service when I needed it but also because I find their Torque Wrench to be a quality tool.

I ordered the 3/8 drive Torque wrench from Amazon and it has performed just fine, keep in mind that on lower settings you really have to be listening/feeling for the click.great looking tool and comes with a case.

Very nice support and great quality tools for a good price.

I got a great set of ETORX sockets for a great price that made quick work of removing my Jeeps seats to install seat jackers.

I couldn't be happier with my Lexivon torque wrench, the build quality is excellent and the performance exceeds my expectations. I would definitely recommend Lexivon torque wrenches to anyone who wants a high quality tool at a very reasonable price.

Needed a heavy-duty torque wrench to wrench down some bolts at 329 ft lbs. This one did the trick. Appears quality built. The heft alone seemingly makes it appear to tackle almost any torquing assignment.

I ordered the large torque wrench and I’m very pleased with the tool. Very well built and does the job!

I have a couple of their tools and they are quite good. For some of them I even got a lifetime warranty so that’s a bargain. A very reliable and good quality tools for the price

I bought a Lexivon socket set, on Wal-mart,com, then initiated a return. Lexivon email a reurn shipping label, and I returned the item, per their instructions. Tracking shows that Lexivon received the item, and Wal-mart refunded the item. Fast forward a few weeks, and I get a email from Wal-mart, stating that they are re-charging me for the item, because it was never returned. Apparently, no one at Lexivon informed Wal-mart that they received the item. I contacted Lexivon again, forwarded them the charge notice from Wal-mart, as requested, and was told the would contact wal-mart to get it resolved. 5 days have passed, so I replied to their last email, and got instant AI message asking silly questions, about the order, that it just keeps sending, regardless of answer. Total brush off. Now I have to contact Wal-mart, and hopefully the tracking info will straighten it out. They have already wasted more valuable time than the item was worth. Steer clear of this shifty company.
