Emily and the team at Lexxola went above and beyond to accommodate my orders to Canada. Their customer service is truly exceptional and it's clear they genuinely value their customers. I've ordered glasses from Lexxola before and have always been impressed with the outstanding quality, but this experience reaffirmed that their service is just as impressive. They made the entire process seamless, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. After chasing a missing parcel, I was given no help locating it and had to wait 4 weeks for a refund — with communication completely dropping off along the way. Eventually got there, but only after repeatedly following up myself.

I'd also like to flag that the right to return items is a statutory right in the UK, so their no-return policy is not only misleading but is likely generating unnecessary stress for their own Customer Service team.

Before discovering the brand, I had never found a contemporary pair that captured that curved silhouette of the 90s quite the way Lexxola does.

Most importantly, though, this message is for Emily.

You have always been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout every interaction. You are truly a gem.
The few exchanges we’ve had genuinely brightened my day, and that’s just amazing customer service.

Beautiful product with incredible customer service!

Beware of buying from Lexxola. I ordered some sunglasses that were discounted for a short period of time, without a warning or any indication that I won’t be eligible for refund to my original payment. No “final sale” note, no small text, nothing in their FAQ’s.

I waited 10 days for them to get back to me with refund comfirmation and eventually had to email to ask for my refund which they refused.

Meanwhile, the sunglasses aren’t even on sale anymore.

Won’t be buying again

I was genuinely excited to try Lexxola for the first time, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

My order (#545420) was never delivered due to a carrier error, not because of anything I did. The parcel was returned by DPD, yet I was left waiting for over a week with no proper response or solution from Lexxola’s customer service.

I had to eventually file a chargeback with my bank because I was left with no choice.

Alex in customer service was phenomenal!! Kept me updated through the whole shipment from informing me about the delay to corresponding with every question I had and ensuring that I felt well taken care of. I received a pair of sunglasses as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately they broke after just a couple of wears. I reached out to customer service and was helped by Emily, who went above and beyond. The style I originally had was out of stock, but she quickly arranged to send me a new pair completely free of charge. Since I was traveling at the time, she even shipped them to the address where I was staying so I didn’t have to wait until I returned to the States.

It’s rare to come across such thoughtful, accommodating service these days. Emily made what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Couldn’t be happier with how it was handled!

Product is very bad for the price - don’t buy it

I received excellent customer service from Emily, she was professional, helpful and friendly even though I needed some assistance at multiple steps/times. I also appreciate Lexxola's flexibility when I wanted to return/exchange an item.

Do not, under any circumstances,
do business with this company. A simple return has turned into a nightmare. Lexxola responds with a courteous email but does nothing to expedite the problem. I finally had my bank contest the charge...but I'm still out $50+ in mailing charges. And now, I'm in the middle of this dispute between UPS and Lexxola. I received a bill from UPS for $398.07 sourced to Lexxola.
