...I first contacted Jeremy in September 2024. I felt pressure within myself to buy another unit quickly when my other unit sold suddenly, and despite many units being smaller than needed for this loan, or above my budget, he so patiently looked into and suggested various options on what to buy next as I really could not figure out the way forward. I knew if the money was in my account it would be too easy to spend or give away!

My original plan was to lower my current mortgage, and came away with a higher mortgage, but at a lower rate (for the exact same repayments), which truly has allowed me to stay in the market at this time.

I really thank Jeremy and the whole Liberty Team for giving me the opportunity to buy an investment unit, where there would otherwise be no way (I receive a single parent pension).
