Very amateurish service. Was charged fees because they recorded details incorrectly. Charged fees because they changed due amount without informing us. I’m sure there are more professional lenders out there. Use them instead

The service was amazing. This is my first home loan and I had no idea what I was doing. Cameron guided me through everything, and explained everything I didn't know. I would gladly recommend pepper mortgage to my friends and family.

Simon and I think it was Angela or Denise (sorry I have forgotten the first person I spoke to, their name) both blew me away with how respectful and helpful they were considering the challenging situation I have found myself in.
