Fabulous …… absolutely fabulous is how I would describe the service and support I received from Michael and his team throughout the process from the initial conversations around my needs to the settlement.
I am an Australian living overseas and was looking to buy a house for when we return to Australia in the next 1-2 years. I had engaged with a number of organizations who presented obstacles and various reasons why I would need to be resident back in Australia for them to help. A friend put me in contact with Michael and from the first conversation it was clear that Michael was making a concerted effort to understand our needs, make a personal connection and present options/solutions vs. roadblocks. Michael was able to get us preapproved for the required loan value ahead of a two week visit to Australia in July. We then used that preapproval to have a concerted look in the area we wanted to live and were able to find the right house. Michael and his team then worked closely with us and our solicitor to finalize the loan and ensure a smooth settlement. The support from Michael to secure the loan and promptly answer any question we had allowed us to secure a home within a short period of time and eliminate a good amount of the stress and uncertainty around our return to Australia.
