I had an issue with my delivery, but on the same day Liberty Customer Service had not only responded to my concern but had resolved the issue.

I groaned when I learned that you had chosen DPD - true to form, they did not come anywhere near this house on their first delivery attempt, but they did post a photo of a stranger's house, over 500 metres away and a message that they would try again today. ''OK - I thought. They are not going to just leave the parcel without a signature''. Unfortunately, they did. I got a message that the parcel was left ' on the front porch' but not at my house, and the photo is not good enough to identify the location. Calls to the DPD customer service tell me to take this up with Liberty's. On further investigation, I can also see that Liberty have caused this by truncating the address, shortening the address of 32a The Street, to ''the St,'' which will have compounded the issue for the drivers that clearly have limited time to find places. I am disappointed not to have the ring I ordered in time for my birthday, and also to risk not getting it all, as I understand it's an artisanal item with potentially limited stock. Why did Liberty's ship without a signature? Why use DPD that are notoriously poor, instead of a reliable service that would know where the house is e.g. Post Office, Parcelforce? I asked for the parcel not to be left, and was told by the DPD customer support chatline, that the option to not leave a parcel is set by the seller, that it is coded into the instructions on the parcel and not in the users App profile. All this, after being told by the App after the first attempted delivery, that I could alter these settings and include photos of the house and clear directions on how to find it, which I duly did. Then DPD on the call line tell me this is a waste of time, as the driver can only access/take note of what is supplied with the label. Very contradictory and unsatisfactory interactions with DPD. If this is the way you ship jewellery, your losses must be very high!! Please don't use them, or at least, give people the option and let them know who you are going to ship their carefully chosen and artisanal jewellery with!! Very poor on Liberty's part - a basic thing, badly done.

Love this shop! Visited the men's fragrance department early on Saturday morning (03/10/26) and had the friendliest service from the lady working on the counter. She talked me through the science behind the Escentric Molecules fragrances and answered all my questions patiently. A great shopping experience!

Amazing customer service as always from this leading fashion, design and home stalwart in London. Minor issue with an order which was swiftly and efficiently resolved. The service is always exceptional with top quality goods quickly despatched if not shopping in store.
