Im similar to others love the results, but took longer than anticipated . Good customer services.

Im similar to others here. It definitely took a lot longer than I expected. That being said I am ultimately happy with the outcome. It did cost me a little more than I had originally anticipated.
I had an issue with delivery two times. But They were quick to resolve, even though it technically wasn’t their fault (missing package and then late package caused by USPS). So they have redeemed themselves on the delay, with good and responsive customer services.

Been on the ultra for 7 months and 9th…

I have dark brown eyes. I’ve Been on the ultra for 7 months and 9th bottle because it was the strongest but sadly haven’t noticed any changes yet. Customer service is great and always replies. And they have helped me out a bit to keep continuing it, so hopefully see some changes soon... once I do, then I’ll do a 5 star review! Postage is great and fast too! Thanks

Excellent product not Customer Service Alapho

This product is absolutely the best. I feel that it is far Superior to any other eye lightening products on the market. I absolutely will continue to use this amazing product. My eyes were light brown and I can say that they are know Hazel. Extremely satisfied going for a light green. The one problem that I did experience was that I had went away for 10 days and my eyedrops stayed in my mailbox 2 long. I contacted Customer Care and asked to please send a replacement because I was afraid to use the drops only because they had not been refrigerated all of those days. The company would not replace and I had to discard of the eyedrops so 135 Dollars Down the drain. I was very disappointed in the company as I feel that I am a good customer and only have good things to say about them.

Thanks for your comments today. Good to hear that you are enjoying the products and have made good progress in this regard.
Regarding your issue with delivery. I have checked and your order was shipped out after it was placed. Unless we have specific instructions in advance, all orders will be sent out within our standard 3 working day dispatch window. Orders typically arrive between 1-5 working days after this (depending on destination). I do not find any specific instruction from you to delay order or get it by a specific date.
In lieu of this, unfortunately, we are only able to replace orders where we have made an error or if there is an issue with the delivery process.
To have timed orders or to have next day delivery. I recommend using UPS options in the future. Since USPS has no specific delivery dates and is not what they call a 'guaranteed service'. So it is impossible to estimate exactly when it would arrive and we have no recourse if USPS deliveries arrive late. UPS on the other hand gives you a specific delivery date and you have the option to hold the product, or redirect if you are not available to receive.

Overall happy, took seven months. Just wish it had been sooner.

I’m a bit pis**** that it took seven months vs the six they advertise. However, I am very happy with the ultimate change. In hindsight it was worth the extra 300 + delivery. I just would have like to known it would take an extra month. Since I planned to change for my wedding. But Green eyes arrived a month too late.
Customer service has always answered quickly. No problems there. Never much had to contact them anyway.

Sehr gutes Produkt. Leichtes Auge benutze DHL, was trotz Deutsch nicht sehr gut ist und mir nicht gefällt. Also Lieferproblem, aber schnell gelöst von Light Eye. Super glücklich mit Wechsel zu lila in schnellen Zeiten.

This is good stuff, backed by a good company. One that always helps me our with excellent support and customer service.

This is good stuff! Very refreshing and (supposedly) very good for your eyes as well.. I'm using it regularly since I got it and like the way my eyes feel these days. Really been very impressed with the breath and vibrance of my color change tp. Have not had to contact them about any issues so far. I email in generally for questions and support and the response is always quick and in-depth.

I have never had an issue with the with the service. It has always been first class.

I have never had an issue with the service. It has always been first class. Also never had the need to contact them about any issues.

A bit about my journey for context. I have always been unhappy with my dark brown eyes, always wanting them to be lighter. I went into light eyez under the incorrect assumption that I would only be able to lighten my eyes a little. Like to a honey shade or hazel. Boy was I wrong. I have managed to change these muddy eyes to a sterling grey color. Im surprised, I did not imagine that this was even possible. I am shook, really. I expect good things from this company in the future. Changing the world, one eye at a time.

I am over the moon with the quality of products and results.

I am over the moon with the quality of the products I have received. The recommendations from the staff are always top notch as well and I have been blown away with my results with the Ultra advance products lines.
In regards to the service, sometimes delivery does take a little bit too long and I was three days without drops once. If I am honest I did find this frustrating. But most other times the delivery has been very quick, so I am not going to take a star off for that.

I feel the shipping is very expensive but really impressed by everything else

I feel the shipping is very expensive every month. I wish I could buy in bulk.
But this really is a wonder product. I am now on month twelve with the Premium drops and MSM. I started at dark brown and it has taken this long to get to the hazel my eyes are now. It is a long time I know, but I could not afford the more expensive product. I believe in the end it is worth it though. I just wish they would lower the shipping.

They resolved my issue and products are very effective !

Had one issue where I was sent the wrong drop. However apart from that I have had consistent and excellent service.

Regina has helps me navigating their many products. And after the fifth month of Ultra use I have been seeing my eyes change everyday. I am all together very impressed.

But docking one star because of the order mixup.

Excitement

I experienced a little dryness for the first few days but after this I have been amazed by the power of products. Thats probably why I got a little dry to be honest. I started with really dark eyes, and now I have managed to move them four shades to a Green colour. I used their Ultra Product. I had to contact them one time about an order that leaked. But they quickly replaced it. Very good service all round.

I am super happy with this product and…

I am super happy with this product and the service I received for Lighteyez color changing eye drops
I only ever encountered one real issue and that was when they used glass bottles a couple broke in transit one time. They were however quick to respond to my issue and sent me a replacement and also a coupon for the inconvenience. I suppose this was not to do with them but the bad mail service.
However, since they have switched to plastic bottles, I have never had an issue with them breaking or anything. And actually prefer them, than the glass bottles

Now on to the product. Five stars is not enough. These are miracle products. I started with dull brown eyes and now they are bright blue. I have been using their Brightlet Advanced formula and MSM vitamin c for 13 months and have been so impressed by the technology and innovation they must put into these small bottles.
Tbh, It is small guys and you do have to use it every month. So it can be expensive. But I mean to change my eye color completely, by so many shades. It is just so amazing and totally worth it. I am so happy. Words can't describe the happiness and the confidence I now have. I hated my old eye colour and just couldn't afford to leave the country to get surgery. This seems like the better and safer option tbh

Im karen 18 years old and i have always wanted different colored eyes and i discovered light eyez company through doing my own research and when i saw it i read all the reviews and decided to give it a try cuz im not someone who trys out stuff based on what people say but the reviews were pretty good so i got them and its only been 1 1/2 month and my eyes are super dark brown and now just within this short amount of time my pupils are clearly visible and i can see like hazel cracks in my iris if that make sense like its basically the melanin breakdown and i am so freaking happy with the results so far and the products i use are the MSM+DMSO eye color change accelerator and the advanced ultra strength eye color change drops and i would recommend this company to anyone no joke guys.
Lighteyez is probably the only company that i trust without a doubt and their product's actually do what they say they are completely honest and devoted to making the best stuff for their consumers and i love them would always be a loyal customer love u lightguyz!!!!!!!!

Asombroso! LightEye is a really good company. My order was stuck in custom one time and they kept me updated with the DHL and I eventually got it. I have used the Ultra producto for 10 month. At the beginning i had dark eye. I am Latina you see. Now I manage to change them to a blue grey shades now I am looking ideally to get to a sky blues. I hope this is posible. I only had the customs problem one time. Otherwise the delivery got to me fine after 5 day.
