All in all, I cannot fault this company or the products. When something went wrong they fixed it quickly.
I have been using their Ultra product for nine months. I was a bit annoyed that I had to use it longer than the six months they said at the start but right in the last two months I have seen a lot of changes. To tell you a bit about myself, I had very dark almost black eyes. And now they are a hazely green. I am so stoked by this. I cannot tell you, it is amazing.
I had to contact them once, because they mixed my order up one month. However, they resolved it quickly after a couple of days. They also sent me an extra MSM drop. So besides the few extra months to see changes, I cannot fault this company

Had a little bit of an issue with the…
Had a little bit of an issue with the delivery. So they had to resend. But other than that. I have however been very satisfied with the product. I initially started with brown eyes but after using the medium strength products, i have been able to move my eyes to a lovely honey shade.
I spoke to Regina on their team and she was always lovely and helpful with all her recommendations. She even gave me a couple of discounts :) which helped. As they are rather expensive.

Thanks Benjamin for your review. We are sorry your delivery was not up to yours our our standards. We do try to turn around all orders within three days, but sometimes it takes a little longer. We are often then at the mercy of carriers, which often prove unreliable.
