Emily was very helpful and listened when I said not to keep calling and I would make contact when I was ready. We were receiving in excess of 10 calls per day during our renewal period with some nasty people calling. Once I was ready to sort out the renewal Emily came back quickly with very competitive prices and we got the new contracts in place within a couple of days. Thank you Emily

Seem to have ignored my Subject Access Request

Edit: Lightinglives has since responded but did not include my SAR until I asked for this again. In the first email they asked me to remove my review.

It came to light that my personal phone number was included in data acquired by Lightinglives and was marked as being on the Telephone Preference Service. I still received a marketing call to my personal phone number and found this was not a pleasant call. It felt my concerns on this call about this use of my personal data were minimised. I have been told use of my personal number was human error and was again asked to remove or update my review. Following a further email, I was asked for a third time to reconsider and remove my review.

I'm afraid I have not found this to be a positive experience and have felt the impact of my personal data being used inappropriately has taken a backseat to Lightinglives concern about me leaving an honest review of my experience.

Garry was great at finding me an awesome deal, it saved me hundreds of pounds. Cheers
