Aleisha Ellison provided one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in a long time. After our existing energy provider refused to buy back the excess electricity generated by our newly installed Solar PV system, we contacted Northern Gas & Power for assistance.

Within 24 hours, she had secured authorisation, negotiated an excellent export tariff, and completed all the necessary arrangements on our behalf. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Pendleton from Northern Gas and Power, who helped us with our BICS application.

Ryan was excellent throughout the whole process. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Beth Jarvis, Customer Account Specialist at NGandP, has provided great customer service in relation to difficulties encountered with the big energy suppliers. She has shown great communication and provided quick responses and seems to genuinely want to help sort the problem.

I emailed Aline earlier today re querying my online account, she was very thorough and her response was very quick. Within a 20 minute period my problem had been dealt with. Super Service :)

Northern Gas and Power have been incredibly helpful assisting our charity to negotiate the transfer of energy providers for our 7 meters. From Alex in sales assisting us decide which supplier was the most cost effective for our charity to Graeme Thornton & Allan Brough in customer services going above and beyond assisting us with the actual services going live. They made the whole process so much easier and stress free.

NGP have really helped us with securing long term electricity and gas prices. They have navigated us through turbulent times for over 5 years. They have also helped us apply for the BICS support and Krist held our hand right through the process.

Graeme Thornton was very helpful in resolving a few minor issues with our electric supplier. It took a while to get responses from them but he kept persevering and the problems were solved in the end.
