I would like to express my sincere thanks to Kyle Nelson and Leanne Ray at Northern Gas and Power for the exceptional service they provided.
I received a call from Kyle and am so grateful I took that call. Although I had just signed a one year contract with another supplier Kyle explained that they could still make savings for our Golf Club. What followed were several calls between us. Kyle and Leanne were professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me. What stood out most was not only their knowledge and expertise but also the way they took the time to understand my needs and keep me informed throughout the process.
Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They delivered exactly what I requested and ensured I understood every step by explaining things in clear, straightforward language. They were always available to answer questions, address any concerns, and provide reassurance when needed. Thanks to their friendly and supportive approach, I felt valued as an individual rather than just another customer.
Most importantly, I felt that a real relationship was formed based on trust, respect, and genuine care. Kyle and Leanne went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, making the entire experience positive and stress-free.
They are a credit to Northern Gas and Power, and I would have no hesitation in recommending both Kyle and Leanne to anyone looking for outstanding service. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. I can now relax knowing that I have secured a deal that will take effect in 11 months' time. It's a relief not having to worry about rising costs in the future and having that certainty in place.

I cannot thank Aline enough for the support she provided in resolving a number of issues for our Scout Group. She dealt with everything incredibly quickly and efficiently, kept me informed throughout, and genuinely went the extra mile to find a solution that worked for us.

In addition to resolving the immediate problems, Aline successfully renegotiated an outstanding debt repayment and reduced our monthly electricity payments. This has made a real difference to our cashflow as a voluntary organisation.

Ultimately, support like this means more of our limited funds can be focused on what really matters – providing great opportunities and experiences for the 60+ young people in our Scout Group.

I was being charged for gas I was not consuming, turns out the meter reading on my account was far in excess of what I had consumed. Fortunately for me Aline sorted out the problem promptly and had me credited back for every penny. Great service as always from NGP.

Adam Lynch has always been superb at looking after our accounts for us and being proactive at getting us great rates ahead of any changes.

We have been working with NG&P for the last 2 years. The support I have received from Customer Service advisor Declan Hill has been exceptional. He has taken ownership of a number of issues (none of which relate to NG&P) and owned them fully to resolution. Thank you Declan for your support :-)

Had a year long issue with EON. Originally was being assisted by another member of staff at NGP, who has since moved on. Graeme picked up the issue and within in a week it was resolved. It was very efficient service considering there was over a year's worth of emails to review. Very impressed and would defo recommend NGP and Graeme's services.

I was dealing with an influx of now known to be scam calls and Graeme Thornton was extremely prompt in providing advice and reassurance, as the scammers were pretending to be from NGP and British Gas.

Really happy with the service I received from my energy account manager Joe Grundy. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout.

Joe took the time to explain everything clearly and was always quick to come back to me when I had any questions. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole process much easier than I expected.
