Neil Stanley at NGP was extremely helpful and friendly whilst explaining the terms and conditions of our energy contracts. Highly recommend Neil and John Minogue and the whole team at NGP for all things energy related, they really know their stuff!

I have consistently found Northern Gas and Power to be very reliable partners. They consistently secure the most competitive pricing and demonstrate a strong commitment to our business.

In particular, I have recently encountered several issues with Total Energies. Jade Conlin from NGP has been exceptionally helpful in resolving these matters. All the issues were caused by Total Energies and not Northern Gas Power.

Lisa Jenkins was really really helpful and to be honest we wouldnt have got anywhere - she has looked into every possibility and actually got somewhere and sorted out what was happening for us -we are nw sorted and understand what is happening - but lisa spoke to both suppliers and National Grid to hel with our problem - i tried 3 times to call corona and got the same person all of those times - Tawana who was the most unhelpful , rude person i have experienced , Tawana's solution was ok ill cut your meter if then - then sje sdasid she didnt say it but as statedthere calls are recorded - Thankyou Lisa it was a pleasure dealing with you

After a direct debit for over £80k was taken from our account in place of circa £600 Josh acted quickly to support us to claim the money back through our bank and to resolve the issue with the supplier.

Energy providers can be a particularly difficult group to deal with, hence our decision to engage through Northern Gas and Power. Recent experience has underlined the wisdom of this choice. Donna Hornby, their customer support team manager, has done an outstanding job making things happen behind the scenes to unravel a particularly knotty problem with our gas supplier. All credit to Donna for first class service!

We have dealt with Leanne Ray for a number of years now. She has always been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We recently had a query and Graeme Thornton resolved it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend NGP.

Clair Mogie has been my account manager for the past four years and she is nothing short of amazing. She has been a terrific support whenever we have had issues with the meters or setting up a new account. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Queries are always handled as a priority, accurate billing reports are delivered promptly each month, and email responses are consistently quick and efficient. Northern Gas & Power arranged our new electricity contract, which was made as simple as it can be. Josh Tribe was really helpful getting our account set-up with the new supplier after we had switched, in fact Josh had it all sorted for us in less than 30 minutes (I'd sent 3 emails to new supplier with not much response, wish I'd just emailed him in the first place!

Josh tribe was extremely helpful, tremendously courteous and whilst I am acutely aware that what I was asking for was to search for a needle in a haystack, he took it in his stride and did everything possible to help without outlining how ridiculous my request actually was.
