Ordered two dresses from this website totaling approx. $72.00. The return policy on the website made it seem easy to make a return; you had to email them and they would contact you within 24 hrs with the return address and instructions. The dresses did not fit propertly, so I initiated the return for a full refund. They responded, however, instead of returning the items, they first offered me a $25 discount to order something else OR $4 in compensation. I responded that I did not want either of these, since I had spent well over $25 or $4. They responded with the return address, somewhere in Shanghai China. Upon taking the return to UPS to ship, it costs over $200 to ship it back to them. They also boasted that "we have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours." I am stuck with these items that I cannot wear, as well as being out of $70; there is no way I can afford to pay the huge shipping cost associated with the return. This to me, is false advertising and they should be up front about the return fees; I am sure people would think twice about ordering from them.

Do not buy anything from here. The clothes look nothing like photos. Cheap not sized correctly and damaged. I tried to return they won’t provide a label or address. They are a fraudulent company they advertise beautiful clothes & send terrible product that barely looks like photos and no return policy. Emails are very unprofessional. Beware!!

Agreed on email to send back clothes and recieve my money back.
This was in March, still no money on my account.
They do not even answer mail anymore.

In good faith I ordered several dresses for holidays. Of course my funds were taken immediately.
Nothing arrived after 3/4 weeks.. I chased it with the ‘company’ and received nothing back on two/three emails which I sent to them. Inconvenience for me.

I contacted my bank & PayPal who were superb. I was reimbursed whilst it was investigated.

Suddenly! Like magic, however still no items, a nudge from PayPal I received a snotty, extremely rude email from this supposed company to state ‘they’d refunded me’. Like they’d done me a favour.
Yes. They did refund me. After the bank, & PayPal making contact with them. Their response read like, what did you want, you got a refund… I wanted good quality goods which id genuinely ‘thought’ I’d purchased.

There was no apology, no explanation as to why my order was never even processed.

Sadly, my advice is although the clothing looks beautiful, (I really wanted my dresses) save yourself the agro of utilising this dodgy site as reading reviews on here, even if anything does arrive, it’s poor quality material looking nothing like what is so beautifully advertised.

Received three dresses, all cheap material and one of the dresses the zipper was broke. I have reached out several times to request the return address and getting no response, never again

Scam. Never received item although they claimed to have sent it

Scam... I'd give zero stars if it would let me. I ordered 30 days ago, processing time is 2-5 days and delivery is 8-15. Emailed them countless times and they responded twice. Last email was a fake tracking number after I reported them to PayPal. Save your money and your sanity and don't order

Never order from this company. I placed my order on 1/22/24 they sure charged by cc in a hurry. here it is 2/25/24 and still no merchandize. When I check the status of my order it says: Paid - order UNFULFILLED. I have sent to emails to the support department to no avail. Don't bother trying to calling them "that's a JOKE" Now I am filling a dispute with my cc.

Never ever buy from this company! Clothes are garbage and they won’t let you return for refund.

This store is TERRIBLE, I purchased 4 dresses and only 1 of them came half descent make, but the bust was more for someone who is an A cup breast size. The other 3 are cheaply made and cut terribly.
I have been trying to get a return address to send them back for a refund and they refuse to send me a return address saying it will cost too much to return. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks now.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,

I would give zero stars if I could. $120 on 3 items. All were cheap fabric, ill-fitting, garbage. They are from China so they offered $7 as a refund. Do not order. This is a scam website!!!

Both the dresses arrived and look very cheap. The colour isn't the same as online either!

They don't give a refund unless you return the item to CHINA. That costs a fortune so they offer you $6.

Stay away from this site! - don't waste your money!
Now i'm stuck with 2 dresses I can't even wear.

Really poor customer service. Can’t return items! If you do you pay postage to China! Sizes do not correspond to description! Don’t buy! Polyester garbage!

Mira yo he comprado en 2 ocasiones y las dos ocasiones todo perfecto. La primera vez compré un conjunto camisa -short y oye me sorprendió la calidad. La segunda compré un vestido y también muy bien. He de decir que el vestido me lo esperaba de mejor calidad. Lo que me mata es el seguimiento, que va lento y también los comentarios negativos que tiene no ayudan… porque te esperas lo peor. Pero eh! Que a mi me ha llegado todo perfecto. Así que le tengo que dar 5 estrellas porque de verdad que esperaba menos de páginas como estas que son poco fiables.

After weeks of waiting, the quality is really bad and the clothes look nothing like the pictures. They make a lot of profit by selling cheap items for a lot of money I imagine. It's a shiny cheap costume material instead of linen like the picture.

A refund is only possible if you pay for shipment yourself, which is as expensive as the clothes themselves. Don't buy here.

Tres déçue de la politique de retour des articles qui ne vont pas. Il vous propose de les garder même s il ne vont pas, vous propose une réduction pour une autre commande, sinon le retour est a notre charge et en chine. Je déconseille ce site, tres mal honnête.

Scam! Never received my order. Can't get them to reply me or refund me! Stay away!
