Big shout out to Chris Grimes at Lily Comms - he sorted out my European firewall problem (ie being blocked from accessing my work emails when leaving the UK). And helpfully has written a note in my company's IT manual so that anyone else within Lily Comms will be able to sort out such requests in future.
