Quality products, prompt delivery and clear reassuring communication. Only four stars as they are pushy about why you’re not buying expensive bed linen every month like you’re running a BnB and not a two pensioner home. I’m going more for quality and durability these days, oh and less ironing. A lot less ironing. And work in general!🤭

It's hard to find quality products at affordable prices, especially for Super King size beds in the UK. The Linen Cupboard has all the products and sizes you will need and the service from start to finish is amazing. If you are looking for quality products backed by amazing service, look no further.

Happy with the new purchase, love the feel of the soft cotton pillow cases, always good quality from the linen shop, the packaging was well wrapped and on time, would recommend.

I was nervous of ordering my difficult size bedding online but found no options on the high street.
I need not have worried as it was delivered quickly and of the highest quality.
I had a small problem that was sorted immediately with Shelley and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Excellent quality and delivery service

I bought the cover less duvet in 10.5 tog with some concerns. I couldn’t be more wrong, I love it!!! It’s so light and warm. It certainly is a better choice than my very heavy goose down duvet.

What a difference a good duvet makes to sleep! My husband is always cold at night but now I get some duvet too! Wool rather than feather and down is awesome and 18 tog is warm and comfortable without overheating. Made to order so not super fast delivery but well worth waiting for.

The sheet I ordered was great fit for 4 foot wide bed so I ordered another one and it came the following day.
The duvet however has a couple of small nicks in the top side, difficult to see but should have been picked up by quality control. I have returned the duvet which was a simple process and expect to receive a refund

Excellent description on the website made choosing my first coverless quilt quite easy. Prompt delivery, gorgeous item, and fab sleep. Now looking at an excuse to replace other quilts in the house! Tempted to try begging too as the quality is super.

The quality of the products is lacking

I thought you offered an extra sheet along with the fitted sheet I bought. £72.00 was quite a lot for a fitted sheet, but I have to admit, now that it’s fitted, it is a wonderful product. Thank you. Best regards, Brian Stokes.

Deeply disappointing experience.
I enquired twice about the progress of my order (first at the 2-week mark and again at 4 weeks) and on both occasions I was told it would be sent “no later than next week.” Yet the very next day after my second email, I was told that neither the mattress topper nor the sheets I had ordered could be supplied (2 out of the 3 types of products I purchased). What I find the most frustrating is that I was repeatedly given assurances about the delivery date when clearly my order had not even been properly processed. It took 20 working days for them to realise that the items could not be fulfilled. I would have much preferred an honest update from the beginning rather than quick filler responses. They did offer alternatives, but these were not suitable (I ordered 18-inch-sheets for a reason, so offering me 15-inch sheets didn’t really make sense) To be fair, they did issue a refund promptly and responded quickly to my emails but I feel like good communication is of little value when the information being provided is inaccurate.

I also think that it is very telling that the mattress topper in question is still available to order on their website, despite me being told that the filling required to make it will not be back in stock until next year. I’m not writing this review looking for a response and I am not interested in further communication about the matter. I only want to share my experience so that anyone considering placing an order now is aware and can hopefully avoid experiencing the same situation. I would strongly recommend confirming directly that the items you want are genuinely in stock and available before placing an order (though even doing this might not be sufficient).

I can certainly recommend this company for its excellent product, second to none customer service with swift delivery. Having used various companies in the past The Linen Cupboard is my favourite for quality.

Deliciously soft brushed cotton sheet and pillowcases and they wash beautifully. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again from this company.

Ordered an expensive duvet 10 days ago and have had no response despite multiple emails about not only delivery but their no response and this despite them immediately taken money from my account!

Quality wanted a coverless duvet and I'm delighted even my cat and dog approved.
