Linen Cupboard Reviews

I’ve bought from the Linen Cupboard before and was happy with the purchase, so did so again this time. The product is good, as was the service, so I am very satisfied.

We have had great difficulty buying a fitted sheet for an emperor size bed that actually fits well without bending the mattress up like a banana everytime we put it one post washing. However - the sheet that has just arrived from the Linen Cupboard is much more generous and fits perfectly and its very easy to put it on. This is about the third attempt we have had to get the right size sheet - the other two were far more expensive and didnt work out at all so we are delighted with this purchase from the Linen Cupboard. Very speedy delivery as well - very big thumbs up!

The bedding is always top quality at sensible prices and delivered promptly.

Good service nice to talk to human
Item great lovely cotton bedding

easy purchase process, prompt delivery and product very good quality

I ordered two of the small double cotton coverless duvets for our campervan. They arrived promptly, and were a lovely product, just as described. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were too big for the camper beds. Looking at the single size now. Communication was good, and return was easy.

Good descriptions on webpages. Fair price, good quality product. Sales staff took extra care to explain possible duty requirements for a sale to USA. Speedy delivery.

I bought the latex copper pillow a few months ago and it’s great quality and has kept its shape

Quite disappointed. The cases are thick and not soft at all. Definitely find that they hold moisture on warm nights.

Good washable duvet.

Very well made and lovely 100% cotton over size pillowcases.
Fit my feather pillows perfectly as stand size ones squash the pillows uncomfortably.
An excellent purchase and very prompt delivery.
I recommend this company.

Wonderful quality of sheets, the site very clear and helpful. Somewhat pricy . Gave only 4 stars for lack of variety of colors.hope to see more offers.

My fitted sheets and pillow cases arrived promptly, and we're exactly as described.
No scrimping on sizes, as so often is the case!
Now I know how great this company is, and the superb quality of their products is will have full confidence to order from them again.
Many thanks team, keep up the brilliant work

I had purchased pillows from Linen Cupboard before and was very happy with both the quality of the items and the service received so decided to order a new mattress topper.

I decided on the British 5* Hotel Mattress Topper which is a bespoke item and I knew when ordering that it would take 10-15 working days to make. It was actually ready to dispatch to me after 10 working days which was great.

The topper is fantastic. What I was looking for is softness to enhance the mattress but with a certain amount of support from the filling and this provides exactly that.

I suffer from spinal stenosis and arthritis in the spine and I have slept amazingly well (for me) and wake up in very very much less pain than before using this topper.

I would recommend both Linen Cupboard Yorkshire and the British 5* Hotel Mattress Topper.

Finally, I did have the occasion to speak to Customer Services before placing both orders I've made and cannot speak highly enough of their friendliness, knowledge and professionalism.

Great quality mattress topper. First time I’ve slept through the night fully for ages. it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Fast delivery and well packaged

Great fitted sheets

I am absolutely delighted with the coverless I purchased from this company recently. They are exactly as described and look fantastic quality. They also arrived in lovely storage bags which was a nice surprise and delivery was very quick. I sent an email with questions about the product before purchase and received a very prompt and friendly reply too which was very much welcomed. I don’t normally write reviews but I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been buying my sheets for some years now from The Linen Cupboard and I love them. They are the best fitting sheets I’ve used. Snug very soft and comfortable and best of all very little movement when I toss and turn. They wash really well and are still like new. Great product, great customer service and very prompt delivery.

I've been looking for bed linen made in Portugal and finally found it at Linen Cupboard! Beautiful cotton pillowcases 200tc, high quality and very comfortable. Very fast delivery.
