I used Liquidation Centre to put our company into MVL. Grace and Maisie ran the process from the initial contact through to sign-off and were brilliant. We always had clear instructions, quick turnarounds, and no chasing needed on our side. The whole thing went from start to distribution with no surprises and far less admin friction than I’d expected. Would recommend to anyone doing an MVL.

I contacted Liquidation Centre expecting to be steered towards liquidation. Instead I got was a straight conversation with Patrick Hogan. He got back to me quickly, answered a time-sensitive question in writing before we spoke, and then took the time on the call to understand the whole picture.

The advice was practical and in our interest, not theirs. Patrick told us liquidation was a last resort, not the answer for us right now, and pointed us towards the steps that were. The consultation was free, and he's offered to help with what comes next.

If you're a director worried about where your company stands, talk to Patrick. You'll get an honest answer, even if it's not the one that earns them a fee.

Although the MVL process is quite complex and potentially stressful, with all of the expertise, guidance and support provided by the Liquidation Centre, it ran very smoothly. I was in touch with Patrick about making my small business insolvent. It’s a tough landscape to navigate but Patrick was by far the most helpful and most genuinely honest. I was in the fortunate position where I didn’t have to take this option in the end however Patrick wanted me to make sure on certain points before proceeding and I’m glad I did.
