All the staff have been very helpful, the process was completed as anticipated with no hidden costs, however because of the reliance on using online forms (presumably to keep costs low) we needed help a few times, but all was resolved. A word of warning though if you are closing a solvent business, you may have future problems arranging any type of insurance if you admit to it - as insurers don’t generally grasp the huge difference between solvent and insolvent or forced closure. Our insurer told us to lie! In the end we stuck to the truth but had to insure private assets via a broker.
