Still waiting for an order that was ordered on 18th October. Have contacted by email 3 times but no reply. have instructed my bank to get my money back. terrible customer service don't buy from any of the companies listed along with Little Peckers as the deliveries are the same with all the companies, in my experience terrible

Parcel arrived quickly. One item incorrect but problem resolved quickly, efficiently and professionally by Jules. Delighted! Been a customer for a very long time.

Avoid at all costs. Paid for Blattner Original Mixture 15kg £62.99 but received European Finches £38.99. Emailed them, no response.
Tried to call the mobile nr that I've got the confirmation order from, it says suspected scamm.

My experience for purchasing swan and duck food has always been excellent. On this occasion my delivery was received within two days of my order being place.
I have no hesitation with making further purchases for swan and duck food.

I unfortunately always leave ordering the food until I really need it, they have been so quick to deliver, such a relief to know that my ducks and swans won’t have to go hungry! Glad I found Little Peckers as are my feathered friends!

Unlike a lot of reviews of this company I have used them several times and always been more than happy. The first purchase did take a little longer than I had assumed and after enquiring why by email received a prompt reply explaining the reason which was acceptable. Other deliveries have been well within a week, the last ordered on 9th October was received 12th October complete and in good condition which for the cheapest prices I can find for quality products adds up to a 5 star rating for me.

Little Peckers is a fantastic company and I am very impressed. Jules has given us amazing customer service. Kind, courteous and communicative. Definitely going the extra mile. I whole heartedly recommend!

I wrote an unhappy review because my order was not delivered on time and unable to communicate with the company. My order has now been delivered yesterday so I am now happy.

I used little peckers years ago and they were an excellent company. Thought I'd try them again for my bulk buy and what a change. The order is over a week late and still not arrived. I cannot contact the company for an update... the phone number is a joke and the emails have not been answered. I don't know if my parcel will ever arrive or the requested refund be paid. That's nearly £40 down the Swaney..... never again..... it's local garden centre for me in future. Wish I'd looked on here before ordering.

Review below was from me, my order never did arrive. I sent 3 emails , in the third one I asked for a refund. Apparently a holdup in the store, The response email has disappeared ! Have been told I will get a refund within 10 days.
I have ordered from Amazon this morning, they will arrive to-morrow.

Odered some hedgehog food 8 days ago. Got an email 2 days later to say it was on its way but another 6 days later the courier says they have not got it. Emailed them and got no response tried to phone but no answer. Terrible custemer service.

Not received my order, no contact!! Have they gone bust!

Rubbish, advertised stock, advertise at sale price then, when you expecting it to arrive cos you need it, you get an email saying your order has been cancelled cos they don't have the stock - no apology, no alternative, no, I'll never bother trying them again.

I have bought the rainforest Ecuador 118n stone as a replacement cage for my African grey easy to assemble strong and reasonably priced can recommend this cage it is amazing

Woeful customer service, product damaged on arrival but when contacted little help so far. Even suggested I contact manufacturer direct whereas my contract of purchase is with them

I placed an order with this company for marine duck food,unable to leave delivery instructions according to them, which is ridiculous. They use Yodel as the courier. It has not been delivered. Cant speak to a person at little peckers. Would definetly NEVER use again or recommend. Totally poor customer service. One to avoid, take your custom elsewhere and do not use!

I completed a large order for myself and another person on 4th July. The money was taken from my bank but I didn't receive a confirmation email. After two weeks I contacted the company via the form on their website but did not receive a response. When I try to call, the phone rings endlessly or is silent and is never answered. I'm not even able to dispute this transaction with my bank as they require an email confirmation of the order to process this request.

Don't risk ordering from this company! If something goes wrong, they are impossible to get hold of and your money is wasted.
