Does UATOAB ring a bell? The acronym starts with "Useless As" an ands with, "On A Boar." They came up as a promising source for a speaker that came up multiple times on an Internet search and the link repeditly took me to a completely different group of products. UATOAB!

I bought three pairs of trousers pair and a day later they came down by £11 each. I contacted Littlewoods to see if I could have the discount added and was told no I would need to return and order again. This just seems rediculous and costly to Littlewoods for return. Why couldn’t discount just be added. I’ve now returned all three

What has happened to Littlewoods?
I was sent a code that would not work so the only way to now contact is by phone. I was on the phone for nearly an hour with the girl trying to sort my issue. Then she tried to charge me delivery so I gave up! It's frustrating that the chat bot has gone & the UK contact centre so there is a language barrier & no real help! Well the sale has been lost now & I don't have much faith in the company, shame.
