The service was very professional and very prompt

It is a great company to get your items when you want them the delivery service is good and always on time with the delivery would recommend to other people.

Can't fault Littlewoods really. I know their prices are about 10% more than Very for the same stuff, but if you go into it knowing that then it's not an issue. If you have accounts with both like I do, then it's really not an issue. Buy the stuff on Littlewoods that's the same price as Very and if it's more expensive on LW, pick Very - job done.

They're quick to despatch and they DON'T use Evri as a courier, so the parcels actually do arrive when they're meant to. I've always got a two hour window and they've never let me down. That's a massive factor for me, if the courier is terrible I'll avoid the company itself because I don't have time to be chasing up parcels with Evri/Yodel and getting AI nonsense. That doesn't happen with Littlewoods, they tell you a parcel is coming between 10-12 and it comes between 10-12.

I'm getting on now, I'm a Liverpool fan, so I've always had an affinity to Littlewoods since the 1980's. I'm happy to see them still going, and still being reliable. I don't like seeing well known British brands going under to be replaced by tat merchants,so I'll keep using the ones that are left. None of us can complain about the likes of Wilko, C&A, Woolworth's etc going under if we don't actually support them. Yes they may be a little pricier, but that's because they're not making their money by using 11 year olds as staff. Maybe you can find things cheaper on Temu, but there's a price to be paid by someone.

Called to cancel order. I paid for items to come next day delivery. Only one item could be sent next day, and even that didn’t show up until days later. I paid for the group of items to come next day, why would I pay that amount for just one item! Was told it would be cancelled and what a surprise, they showed up while I’m on holiday. Was told the next day delivery will be refunded and again, what a surprise been charged! These items were for me to take on holiday. I had to go shopping the day before I left because they never came on time, they came days late whilst I’m away.

Ordering my last item was an easy thing to do, I ordered it and on the Monday I had an email from Royal Mail saying they will deliver Wednesday (so why not deliver Tuesday?) There was a time when you could order and your item would arrive next day, but since Littlewoods have started to use Snail Mail you get it whenever they feel like delivering and I don't think that is good enough

Littlewoods had a good selection of exercise bikes to suit both the pocket and the space available for storage. The whole process was effortless and the dispatch and delivery process was excellent. Another trouble free experience with

I am paying my majority unit before the 12 months so why add interest not happy

I had a slight problem whereby I had pressed the wrong button to send a return back and couldn’t amend, so I phoned and the lady I spoke to sent me the correct return email to take to the post office.
It was so quick and simple!

Whether it’s ordering, returning a product nothing is too much trouble. With a huge selection and easy payment terms , everything is explained in black and white . So your choice in the end , well done e Littlewoods.Delivery is very quick and secure.

First order went missing. Called customer service and they were very helpful. Replacement order arrived and very pleased. Would not recommend “InPost” as a delivery company as are having issues on the islands…and disappointed that Littlewoods are now using their service.

One of my parcels, the T shirt was left at a different address by an empty building and my neighbour happened to see it and picked it up and saw my name and gave it to me. Otherwise I never would’ve had it. Terrible
