Alex, came round to carry out the survey, he was very methodical and took the time to answer some questions whilst he was going round the property with me.

There were a number of unexpected issues picked up that I was not aware of, given that I currently live in the property that the survey was being carried out on.

During the follow up call afterwards Alex was very patient in answering my additional questions.

Provided a thorough survey allowing us to identify many issues not seen to the eye. Follow-up call was valuable to clear up any ambiguities and uncertainties we had with comments in the report. Really quick to book the survey, such an in-depth report and a great in-depth call afterwards to speak about the report. The only part that was a bit disappointing is that the drone part of the survey could not happen due to the weather and could not able to be organised again.

David conducted a thorough level 3 structural survey for us. It was very detailed and pointed out some issues that need to be addressed before we exchange. There was plenty of drone footage to see too. Will be recommending London & Kent surveyors in the future.

I recently instructed London & Kent Surveyors to carry out a full building survey on a property I wished to purchase in Dover. I found the whole process to be a breath of fresh air. I have purchased several properties during my life and have always had surveys completed. And I have unfortunately had some shockingly bad experiences with surveyors. However I was very pleased with the service London & Kent surveyors provided for me. Within a week of me contacting them they had arranged the survey with the Estate Agent and in less than 2 weeks the report had been completed and was with me. And it was great. David submitted the report in a clear, detailed and easily understandable format, backed up by a lot of photos. Having digested his report David then provided a follow up phone call where I was able to ask him about his findings. He also stated that I could always contact them in the future should I need to discuss anything further. I am very happy to recommend London & Kent Surveyors to anyone looking for a proper house survey

I had a really positive experience with Samuel and the team. Samuel was incredibly professional, thorough and, most importantly, took the time to talk me through the survey and answer all of my questions afterwards. He was very knowledgeable of the area and surrounding houses and was able to explain things in a very concise and straightforward manner. I really appreciated the additional time he gave me to discuss the findings and explain what needed attention and what wasn’t a major concern. Would definitely recommend!

L&K were available at short notice to conduct a survey and we found the level of communication before/after excellent. The report itself was thorough and detailed and helped us make informed decisions with what steps we needed to take before moving to our new home

As a first time buyer, I appreciated efficient communication and a high-quality report produced as a result of the survey. I had a few specific requests to relay to the surveyor about some parts of the property which were duly noted and reflected in the report. The use of drone imagery for a terraced house is quite valuable. The follow-up call was also very informative. Overall, a good experience and was not disappointed.

Our experience was amazing!
We were provided their details via a comparison website, along with other few companies.
When we received their quote, to our surprise, it included an interactive property booklet where we discovered so much about our potential property!
We then decided the reach out and ask questions: they were super available form the beginning.

They also have an online platform through which you do everything, from signing the T&Cs to receiving the final report and it is very handy and easy to use.

Our post-visit call with the surveyor was also great! He was knowledgeable and gave us a little bit more insights and answered all the questions I had.
The report was great, easy to understand and with great information and details in each category.

Another amazing thing was that the report only took 4 working days to be issued to us.

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I was kept in the loop at every step and everything was explained in a professional yet accessible way.

It feels very rare to speak to a true expert but that's what we got. From the beginning, the process was smooth and timely. The survey got booked in quickly, and the report was produced within a couple of days. When we had our session to talk through the report with the surveyor, Samuel, was a real expert - every question he knew the answer to, explained it in a way that was easy to absorb, and understand what action needed taking.
