Excellent service, very easy to book the survey on our prospective house purchase. Kept fully informed throughout, told when survey had been completed and received the survey timely. Fantastic service that we were able to book to speak directly to the surveyor and raise any concerns, we would definitely use this company again and recommend to use.

I recently used Kent and London Surveyors for a Level 3 survey, and I was very impressed with their service.
The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I called. The surveyor was professional, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the process.
I was initially given the first available appointment, but when a cancellation became available, they proactively contacted my estate agent and arranged an earlier survey, which helped speed things up considerably.
The service was efficient from start to finish, and I am now waiting for the report as promised. I would highly recommend Kent and London Surveyors to anyone looking for a professional and reliable surveying company.

I had this company recommended to me through my estate agents. From the first moment they were on the front foot. It was easier to book a survey and this was done in quick time. The report given was thorough and easy to understand. It was also followed up by a phone call to run through any misconceptions or concerns. Would recommend and will use again.

Experience from start to finish was excellent. once instructed L&K do all the work. In our instance, once instructed, they managed to book in the survey within 2 weeks and once the property had been accessed the report was finalised within 3 days. Report was thorough and extremely useful to understand the condition of the property.

David was great. He flagged up some bits we had missed during viewings and booked a follow-up call to help explain what was worth investigating & what was just in there as useful information for things that will eventually need maintenance.

Every detail about this level 2 survey was excellent. Booking online was easy and the survey was done quickly. I received an extensive report just a few days afterwards. The feedback was equally impressive. I booked a 30 minute phone call with the surveyor (Kieran Braddick) who was extremely helpful and professional, answering my questions and alleviating any concerns I had. I would defifitely recommend London & Kent Surveyors.

The booking process was incredibly seamless and efficient. On the higher end of price however the service was worth it. Fast turnaround and the service was incredibly thorough.

Discussed what type of survey I would require and they didn’t try to upsell me to full structural survey as the property I was buying was only 12 years old but they did explain the difference in the surveys .

Very easy to book survey online and set up an account. Great communication via email on the update on the process. Survey included everything that was required for our successful house purchase.

I compared a number of quotes before selecting a surveyor. The key reasons I choose London & Kent surveyors is because: (i) they were honest about my requirements, and did not attempt to upsell me from Level 2 to Level 3 or add-on a valuation report too; (ii) availability was reasonable (1-2 weeks); (iii) the report turnaround was prompt and on time (3-4 days) with follow up calls arranged relatively promptly; (iv) they also provided suggestions to handle follow ups; and (v) they explained the concern areas of the report in understandable terms with colour coding; and (vi) they also offer a free interactive free report that helps provide colour / content on the area and property value. I would highly recommend.
