I recently used London & Kent Surveyors for my property purchase. I was very impressed by their professional communication when providing their initial quote. I was unsure whether to get a Level 2 or Level 3 survey for my property, but Alex talked me through the key differences and made a recommendation based on the information I had given. The survey report was very thorough and was shared promptly so as to not cause any delays to my purchase. The recommendations were balanced, fair and insightful. This encouraged me to investigate repair costs for some of the areas requiring attention. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using London & Kent Surveyors.

Had a level 2 survey done for a house we intended to buy. The lady on the phone was very helpful when it came to booking a survey. The guy who came out gave a very comprehensive report that put our minds at ease when purchasing the house.

The drone footage of the roof was especially helpful and not all companies do this. Would highly recommend.

Even before the survey took place, we received a Desktop Research Report which included useful information such as estimated broadband speeds, EPC certificate details, and a summary of local property sales — a great value-add we didn’t expect.

After reaching out, we were given a detailed quote the same day, outlining prices for different survey levels and any optional extras. A member of the team then called to confirm the property details and ask if there were any specific areas we wanted them to focus on.

The survey was promptly scheduled, and we were kept informed throughout. Ours took place on a Tuesday, and we had the full report by Friday lunchtime — much faster than expected! They also offer an express 24-hour turnaround option, which we didn’t need, but it’s good to know it’s available.

One standout feature was their use of drone technology, which allowed them to inspect and capture detailed images of hard-to-reach areas. These high-quality visuals were included in the report and added a level of detail we haven’t seen with other surveyors.

After receiving the report, we were invited to book a follow-up call with the surveyor. Kieran was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the findings, highlighting any key issues clearly and thoroughly.

Overall, we are incredibly impressed with the quality of service, speed, and value for money. We’ve already recommended London & Kent Surveyors to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Very good service.responded and Answered any questions and queries I had quickly and I was very happy with the surveyor and his findings. The drone to look at the roof was an excellent addition to see any problems with the roof, gutters ect.

Everything from the first point of contact to the follow up phone call at the end was so easy to arrange. The report was very concise and the follow up phone call provided the opportunity to ask anything that I was unsure of. Nothing was too much bother and I didn’t feel silly asking questions

I was very impressed by how thorough the report was and the free call with the surveyor afterwards was extremely helpful to zero in on particular areas of importance. It gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase and renegotiate with the vendor.

The report I received was detailed and incredibly clear, making a potentially dry document simple to read and fully understand. The use of photos so @i could actually see hat was happening especially on the roof and chimney was fantastic. The ability to book a follow-up call for free is a standout feature of their service. While I haven't scheduled mine yet, it’s a brilliant safety net to have for any final follow-up questions I have.

We were provided with a very thorough survey of the property and a very detailed report which we were very happy with.

The process from start to finish was incredibly simple. They took care of arranging a date with the estate agents so we didn't have to. The survey was done within 3 weeks of booking it and the report was sent to us on the date they specified it would be. The survey itself was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would 100% recommend to anyone requiring a surveyors report.

We had a RICS level 2 survey done. Really easy to book and liaise with, the report was really detailed, with lots of photos and very clear and easy to understand. Useful information for the future and what we would need to do to maintain the property as well. Seemed very professional. We were offered a meeting to go through the report, but we didn't feel it was necessary as the quality of the report was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We approached London & Kent Surveyors for a Level 3 RICS Survey. As first time buyers we were new to the amount of information presented to us, but L&K delivered the survey to us in a way that was clear and concise, as well as organising a follow-up call to talk through next steps.

After having previously rescued us from a house that hid multiple flaws, London & Kent Surveyors provided an excellent and in-depth report on the house my wife and I are now moving into, with plenty of information and recommendations for next steps.

As a First Time Buyer I was overwhelmed with the amount of surveyors that are out there but the reason I chose London & Kent Surveyors for a Level 2 was because of these reviews, that they include drone footage of the roof, and follow up with a complimentary phone call which really set them apart from other companies.

Booking them in was very easy - loved that they also provided me with a free research report before I even decided to use them for sure. They are also incredibly responsive both via whatsapp and through the phone, and was able to send me a sample report so I know what to expect.

When it came to them putting in a date for the survey, they told me they had a wait time of 2.5-3 weeks and they dealt with the estate agent directly - I got mine in at about 2.5 weeks after paying.

Survey arrived 3 working days later and was laid out very well, and was able to book in a call with the surveyor about 2 weeks after to discuss the report in detail. Alex did mine and he was great at explaining anything I wasn't sure about.

London & Kent Surveyors provided a really comprehensive report and looked to use a wider range of techniques than any of the other survey providers we looked at for the purchase of our new home. Their report also weighted the most important things to tackle which I appreciated given we would not necessarily be able to resolve all of them.

Recently booked a Level 2 Survey. We had a very positive experience from booking through to the report. We were offered a 30 minute phone call afterwards to discuss the findings of the survey which was extremely useful. Great communication and would definitely recommend!
