Hannah Kilbane was excellent. Called for medical elective insurance for my son’s month long placements first in the Philippines and then Vietnam, as a UK Medicine student. This insurance was all new to me. Hannah explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions - of which there were many! Fantastic service. Felt like I really mattered. No pressure either. Just a great all round experience. Thank you Hannah!!!!

Alisha Oaten was very patient and explained everything very well as I needed to deal with a much increased household insurance premium. Professional and efficient, but also personal and friendly

I took out a house insurance policy via the BMA a few years ago. This year the issurer involved pulled out. Lloyd & White via their advisor Destiny contacted me a week later with another offer of a policy that was significantly less expensive than the last year and it was no hassel to check the details, make a minor correction, and renew by credit card over the phone. All very easy.

Excellent service from Sam (Commercial adviser). Very professional and informative , providing a substantial saving on the cover for Commercial properties. I can highly recommend this service.
