LocalAgentFinder Reviews

Do not trust Harcourts in Caroline Springs dodgy as they come especially Nathan Hunt we are pretty angry and taking this further With solicitors

To the team at Harcourts Caroline Springs this is very disappointing how Nathan Hunt treated us after signing the agreement then we cancelled his services, it was not personal just business, he made it personal and will advise anyone in my circle not to.do business with you unless you want to lose money and put a $9000 caveat onto your house Nathan did no work and is unfair there should be a cooling off period we just chose another agent at the end of the next day.

We were treated like animals and thought they would wipe out that $9000 charge and remove caveat as we had settlement today and we just found out through my Conveyancer caveat was put on in November Nathan is just upset we chose another agent to sell and he missed out financially

Scott was extremely helpful, courteous and assured. The platform is relatively easy to navigate and importantly provided an accelerated response.

Excellent customer representative

I found the site simple to navigate and found Aaron clear, friendly and professional

Easy to use website for comparing what I am looking for in agent. No commitment needed to start, relaxed phone call conversation. Quick connection with agents

All relevant information supplied in an easy to understand way....straight to the point without rambling on.

Excellent Service.
Phone contact was prompt and genuine. Agent referrals followed and within days the property was under management.
As interstate owners, the agent finder service was very helpful and time saving.

Very prompt responses to my queries. Took a lot of the leg work out of the process.

Quick response, able to answer all my questions, courteous and understanding.

Easy to deal without

it was not a process that I expected to see, but has worked well.

Timely response both by email and follow up phone call.

A helpful interaction with Scott. Polite and he seemed to appreciate that I will be taking my time with the task of selling the property.

They called while I was still filling out the online form. Super helpful and brief, had an e-mail to me within minutes with the information I was after.

Got a cuurtesy call from Scott for my enquiry and sent me an email with top 3 agents for my query.

Immediate responses and fast results!
What a great service.

This was googled as a place to find reviews of Property Manager for renting properties.
Reviews only!!!
Instead the website broadcast, in seconds, my information; name, phone, enquiry; to several real estate agents, and some not even in the area. I had agents calling me within seconds of pressing the enter key.
This was without my authority.
***The other users and to real estate agents and property managers, avoid this website.

The best way to assess the real estate market is through local knowledge and LocalAgentFinder is a great way to gain this insight quickly and efficiently. It provides details on which agents service an area and how they have performed (properties sold, success rate), their fees and charges. Being able to research this on one site is very handy and saves a great deal of time. Billy followed up on my search a few days later and helped to qualify my search to optimise my experience.

Quick service, easy to deal with.
