This was googled as a place to find reviews of Property Manager for renting properties.

Instead the website broadcast, in seconds, my information; name, phone, enquiry; to several real estate agents, and some not even in the area. I had agents calling me within seconds of pressing the enter key.
This was without my authority.

The best way to assess the real estate market is through local knowledge and LocalAgentFinder is a great way to gain this insight quickly and efficiently. It provides details on which agents service an area and how they have performed (properties sold, success rate), their fees and charges. Being able to research this on one site is very handy and saves a great deal of time. Billy followed up on my search a few days later and helped to qualify my search to optimise my experience.

Biggin Scott Stonnington (Armadale) VIC, Michael Tynan and Adrian Faranda were excellent to deal with for the sale of my one bedroom apartment in South Yarra. They treated me and my apartment as a top client and made sure they followed through on all questions, opportunities and promises. Michael Tynan was first of many to respond to my query in LocalAgentFinder.com.au ensuring my needs were addressed and directions followed. Michael got a really good price for my apartment. I was very pleased. I was very pleased with their professionalism, understanding of my needs and friendly, whilst ensuring I was updated by phone and What's App regularly.
I would certainly engage with Biggin Scott Stonnington's Michael Tynan and Adrian Faranda again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

When I go online I don't want a phone call, online said I would get a code which never came. And then instead of getting 3 agents I got one, total waste of time

Absolute rubbish, they obviously paid for the positive reviews because the experience is completely different. This is nothing like what they say on the website. There is no side by side fees comparison, you have to contact the agent to find out their fees.
Now I keep getting phone calls, text messages and emails.

Rubbish - they will call you (Agents) even if they say your details won’t be given out

Very happy with the agent we chose. 3 agents contacted us from your site. One stood out, which was Aaron Hart for Harris North Real Estate.
He was pleasant, easy to deal with and secured a great price for our property.

Filled out the form, had one response (on a public holiday) and engaged him to sell our property, It took some time (elections etc) but we got a deal, and the agent was very good all the way through.

Matt was great to deal with from start to finish. He offered great advice and knows the market really well. I would highly recommend him.

I thought this would save me having to deal with agents I had no interest in using .
First they sent me a list of agents and their sales and none of them had sold anything in my area and yet there had been 3 sales in my rural road in the last 12 months. I rang them and said to cancel any further actions , but they then “listed” my property to agents and then straight away I was bombarded with phone calls , the exact opposite to what I was trying to do .
Under now more pressure to sign up , I did choose an agent , who I had talked to a year before , the property eventually sold , and Campaign Agent got their $5000 referral fee from the agent , yep $5000 for nothing , but the agent I rushed to sign up ended up being absolutely useless , and one of the worst mistakes I have made financially.

I found a new agent immediately who addressed all my needs as landlord. Process was very quick and easy. Many thanks.
