Loft Ins Space Limited Reviews

This Company deserves 6 stars. Prompt and positive response to enquiry and sent site engineer to view and quote for job. Following my acceptance an agreed date was set. Few days before guys due received text/e-mail reminding/preparing me..great touch! On the day guys turned up on time, again confirmed what they were going to do and then got on with it. All very friendly and professional, communicating at all times and exceptionally clean & tidy considering the nature of the job. Upon completion they showed me finished job and instructed me on how to use ladder,open/shut hatch etc. and ensured I was completely happy before leaving. Totally impressed with quality of workmanship, materials and level of service. I cannot stress enough how delighted both my wife and I are having dealt with this company. A company is only as good as its staff...they make a company good (or bad). This is a GREAT company and GREAT staff. Thanks to all.

From start to finish, once again, Loft Ins Space delivered a 5* service. From initial contact with Curtis, to a consultation with Mike, to the fitting with Scott and his team. Perfect installation, professional, friendly and hard working, also considering the work the lads had to do, cleanliness during and after the job was first rate!

I recently had Lofts Ins-Space install new boards and upgrade my hatch and ladder, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They totally rocked it from start to finish, delivering a top-notch job without any mess left behind.
The team was super professional and right on time. They were friendly and approachable, making the whole process a breeze. It was clear that they knew their stuff and were experts in loft installations.
I have to mention the team's cleanliness. They made sure to keep things tidy throughout the project, and when they were done, you wouldn't even know they had been there. No mess, no fuss—just a pristine loft ready for action!
Throughout the entire process, communication with Lofts Ins-Space was fantastic. They kept me updated on progress and were always open to my input. It was clear they wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way.

Used Loft Ins Space fo moving my loft hatch, installing a ladder and also boarding a portion of the loft. Whole process was really straightforward as the customer: communication was great throughout, all the team were friendly and professional and I'm really happy with the end product.

The whole experience, from start to finish, was professional. From Michael providing quotes and information to Scott and his team fitting the flooring and then Scott fitting the Velux window was excellent. Great communication, pleasant and polite workforce who were reliable. Would highly recommend and I would contact them again in future.

Michael came and did the survey within two days of my enquiry and then he and Scot were both absolutely marvellous decking out my attic within days of my enquiring because they understood I needed storage space desperately. The quality was amazing - the larger storage hatch and wooden steps were absolutely worth paying extra for and From start to finish both Michael the owner and Scott were exemplary courteous professional and importantly very clean working in my brand new home. You wouldn’t have known they’d been there and what nice people to have in your home. Respect goes both ways and I have no hesitation in recommending them and hope their business flourishes as they deserve to do well. Thank you.

Carl, Scott and Joe from Loft Ins Space did a great job installing the Loftzone Raised Loft Floor System and boarding in my loft. They were polite and friendly, and the quality of the materials and their work was excellent. The space I have now for storage is amazing. Highly recommended.

Jo and Carl were really good at what they do and we are delighted at the flooring and lighting in the loft.
Would recommend Loft ins Space to all.

Perfect from start to finish. Communication was so fast. We were put at ease throughout and everything was explained at each stage. Myself, my Daughter and our home were treated with respect. Scott and Carl worked so hard and completed the work in 2 days. They were both very friendly and courteous. it was a pleasure to have them here. Michael who did the initial survey was very polite, friendly and patient with us, explaining everything to us, including options that we had. We are so pleased with the work that was done, it was done to a very high standard. We now have a perfect, clean, tidy, and lovely looking loft to store everything safely. A huge Thank You to Michael, Scott, Carl and Curtis for making this happen for us both. We highly recommend this company, absolutely perfect.

We would highly recommend Loft Ins Space Ltd. Michael, Curtis, Scott and the team take exceptional pride in their work. From the start of the process when we contacted Loft Ins Space we found the team to be kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Michael is a perfectionist and ensures that every aspect of the process is done to the highest standard. We had a mini loft conversion and Michael kindly talked us through the entire process. Our needs always came first and the loft was tailor made for us. The craftsmanship and every aspect of the work was done to the highest standard. Any queries we had were answered promptly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs such as a hatch on the loft to keep out our nosey kitten!!! Our loft is amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. It goes above and beyond our expectations. Our needs always came first and Michael wanted to ensure that both of us were happy with the outcome. We now consider Michael as a family friend! We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an exceptional outcome. Thank you for all your hard work.

A wonderful firm. I was dreading having my both loft spaces boarded and insulated, not to mention all the rubbish that needed removing. The work was completed like magic. No fuss, no mess and all carpets protected. The team were respectful and hard working. Thank you Curtis for your communication skills and patience. Thanks to Mike the Manager who assessed the challenge; and to Scott and Carl who achieved what I thought was impossible, and in record time. These are top people and I would strongly recommend them. Many thanks.

Friendly, professional, did a great job and cleared up afterwards

I was apprehensive at having the loft hatch enlarged as we have lath and plaster ceilings, but there was no damage and opening is now much more usable and so easy to access the loft

Lofts in Space were recommended to us by a friend. They did an excellent job on our attic and have transformed it into a useable space with lots of future potential. We were really pleased with them at every stage of the process, great team of workers, good price and we feel real value for money. We will definitely use them again for future work.

From the outset, the service received was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
No pressure sales tactics and you get what you pay for!
Guys who completed the work left everything clean.
Thank you, will be using you again!

Excellent customer care from start to finish by all members of the team. Really impressed by prompt response to online quote request and arrangement for a site visit. I accepted the quote and the work was done the next week. Very glad I had the work done (loft boarding, light, new ladder and loft hatch). Thanks to the team - Michael, Curtis, Carl, Joe and Scott.

Really happy with my new loft space, excellent service all the way through from quote to installation. Quote & install all in the same week. Arrived on time and set to work immediately, they worked non stop until the job was completed. Would definitely recommend Loft In Space

We are very satisfied with the work on our loft, Joe and Carl were totally skilled and professional, and installed a folding wooden ladder, flooring and top up insulation while leaving everything clean and tidy. The quote from Loft-Ins-Space was higher than a competitor but we chose this company based on Michael’s thorough explanation of the work involved and the TrustPilot reviews. Highly recommended.

Five star company! Our loft was boarded, hatch extended with a built in ladder. Extremely professional from quote to completion of the work.I am so happy with the usable space we now have.I would highly recommend this company.
