The quality of the dress is amazing. I am positively surprised.
The delivery was so fast and contact with the seller is very good.

The dress is so beautiful, I felt like a princess in it. The fabric is very high quality. It fit perfectly on my body thanks to the adjustable corset on the back. I definitely recommend you to buy it.♥

Il vestito è fantastico super morbido e pieno di dettagli mi sono sentita una principessa ad indossarlo❤️

I bought a beautiful dress from lolitain. It goes perfectly with my columbina cosplay! I followed the size guide and was able to choose the perfect size for me. All the details on the dress and the high-quality fabric fascinate me, I'm totally speechless! Thank you 💗

The dress I choose is beautiful, the quality is so good and it came so quick! i highly recommend <3

It is legit, and they will send you your item!! It was super cute! Took maybe 2 and half weeks for me, I will say that the fabric material was kinda rough, but it still looks super cute and I can just iron it down!

I'm really pleasantly surprised! The dress is pretty, high quality and fits perfectly🖤 The shipping was really fast which also positively surprised me🥰

really good quality, this outfit is amazing and the details are very interesting, the fabrics are wonderful and comfortable

I really liked the red dress in the Chinese style, there are a lot of relevant details. My item was shipped and delivered very quickly. Everything was neatly packaged, no wrinkles, no unpleasant smell, no unevenness and no threads sticking out, everything is as in the photo. I was very pleased with my order, the seller quickly answered questions and notified me of arrival in my country.
I recommend !

My dress arrived sooner than expected and is absolutely beautiful! It's exactly as advertised which is a huge relief since so many other Lolita websites can be misleading but the quality is amazing from this site. Its definitely worth the price, and I also really appreciate the lace up on my dress in the back to make the size adjustable

I really love this shop!
So quick shipping, good quality costumes and nice design.

The shipping was really fast. The product it self is really comfortable to wear, the base of the dress looks amazing even without a petticoat under it. its not nessesary to wear something under the dress. quality amazing, I am considering ordering another dress from lolitain

EDIT: You can actually return stuff within 30 days of receiving it, but it has to be sent back to China.

I ordered a pair of boots at the start of February, for an event in March. Website said 12-15 business days shipping, so I thought: plenty of time. At the end of February, I still didn't get my boots, so I was worried. I wrote to Lolitain and learnt they haven't even shipped the boots yet! It took another week for the boots to be shipped, and of course they arrived late. Also they turned out too small, and then I learnt the company only gives 24 hours to file a return (quite a nerve after taking 6 weeks to ship), and they don't allow returns for size reasons :/.

The boots themselves are pretty.

Unless you are not in a hurry and you are really sure of your size, I do not recommend.

I ordered a wig and the truth is that the unbeatable quality is incredible, they were very fast in shipping

Love all the products there and they are so well made and very cute! :)

I really love the quality of the dresses. Everyone around me complimented the dress.

Customer service is 10/10
They were super kind and helpful.
I got a perfect wig that suits Gothic Lolita style and Vkei so nice ,its so realistic and has such a good quality ,would recommend !!!

I typically shop with other sites, but gave Lolitain a try because they were the only one offering a specific sock on a specific color way. Every other place had it sold out! I emailed Lolitain asking if they had it, and they emailed me back within 6 hours saying they did. Safe to say, I now have those socks! It arrived in exactly the time frame that was estimated (5-12 days to process and ship; it took 9 in the end). The socks are in the right color way and I’m so immensely pleased!!!! It’s my dream pair and I had been checking other sites constantly for months waiting to see if it would ever restock. Thank goodness Lolitain happened to have a pair left in that one color way. Definitely a trustworthy place in my experience and I would shop with them again.

Absolutely adore everything
The fabrics are super high quality and it s very detailed
It is also a very comfortable to wear even for colder season. Recommend 10/1

The dress arrived in a timely manner. It’s really beautiful! I didn’t have any problems. This is my first Lolita dress. I got the white and light purple one. I can’t wait to wear it for my photoshoot this month!
