Great bag!
I ordered a backpack from this brand, the bag came at a very reasonable time (especially considering it was holiday season), and the quality is also great! The bag is exactly as shown on their website’s pictures.

Good quality dresses
They communicated with me through email fast, and I received my tracking number and received my item within a month of ordering, and I received my package without any damages and no damage to the dress. It came with accessories and I can personalize this dress with my accessories that I have within my wardrobe. It was a bit tight fitting but I can work with that! I would recommend you check the size charts and do measure yourself before you go ahead and purchase a dress. Other than that the company was wonderful and very sweet. I would recommend this company to my friends who like Lolita fashion

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I purchased a bag from this company and wish I hadn’t. Extremely poor quality and the fake leather lining was breaking down and flaking off. PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. they act completely dumb in the event of a complaint, and only seem to be interested in damage caused in transit. You would have to have been blind to not have noticed the defect if they even actually inspected the inside during packing….UPDATE…. The reply given still insists it was transit damage. As stated in the email it was NOT transit damage. the product quality is POOR the product was inside a manufacturer sealed plastic bag that was unopened. The surveillance camera they talk of could only have seen the outside of the product within the sealed plastic bag. The inside of the product has the coating flaking off leaving a grey material underneath the black coating. I seriously doubt they opened the manufacture bag and looked inside the product. the packer would have seen it immediately ….It’s quite obvious they are trying to avoid giving a refund. See other 1 star reviews which I wished I’d seen before using this company. £26 wasted!!!!!!

Dear Customers:
We are always responding to your emails and following up on your order.
All of our packaging operations are completed under surveillance cameras.
We have reviewed the complete packaging surveillance video which can prove that the condition before shipment of the goods is intact.
We have explained this to you in the email.
However, adhering to the principle of serving customers well, we can provide a special handle for your order.
We hope you can provide us with photos of the front and back of the outer box.
If the outer packaging is damaged, we need to use photos to complain to our courier company and claim.
But no matter what the reason is, we will give you a good service.
Thank you for your understanding.
Versatile and well-made dress
i was pleasantly surprised by the versatility and quality of this dress.while i initially ordered it for halloween,i quickly realized it can be worn for various occasions. The dress is exceptionally well made, adn i love the customizable features it offers. The string bows can be adjusted to and desired length, allowing for personalization, and the optional sleeves stay securely in place.Although the dress tends to get warm,I personally find it preferable to feeling chilly.Overall,I am highly satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy it again in the future.

Beautiful dress
I have just received a dress that I ordered only last month.
I can honestly say that the service I have received from Lolitain is second to none! My emails have been answered immediately and they were happy to make the dress I liked in a different material and colour (for a modest increase in the price too). I am delighted with it, it is beautiful. I can't wait to wear it now. I can highly recommend Lolitain.
