I purchased a Gothic Lolita dress to match my first vtuber outfit. Despite it taking almost 20 days to arrive, it was worth it. The quality is very great and was easy to wear/take off. The size is the correct size and I really could not ask for more.

Awful company. Second time I’ve had them send faulty cheap items. Won’t ever order again. The quality is awful and the products are extremely falsely advertised and don’t look anything like their pics and if you want to return, they make you pay the return postage which is very expensive.

Buying from an online store that has different sizes from the U.S. stores, as well as out of country stores, can make one nervous. I went ahead and tried this store due to some previously seen good reviews and the fact that I was obsessed with a few items I saw. I was especially obsessed with the Twilight Forest Spider web dress.

I went ahead and did a custom size and messured myself so that I would get the right size for my frame. I'm tall and skinny so sometimes clothes don't fit quite right, but the custom was perfectly done.

Customer service was responsive via email when I asked about timing of shipping, and the application to track my shipment was accurate. It did take about a month and some change, but with the customization and the fact that it is from outside the US, I knew it would take more time. Overall, I'd say they did everything fairly fast despite those reasons.

Only thing I think that could make it better is a bit nicer materal for the shirt. I think the dress piece itself is made of very sturdy material, but the undershirt is a bit light. Not really much a a complaint as it will be nice that it's lightweight during warmer weather, just a thought.

Super sweet customer service along with them being very quick to respond to any questions you may have! Looking through their website makes me want to buy everything! They got so many options whether it is a wig or a cute dress—I love it so much! I definitely recommend shopping here for yourself or even a cute gift for someone special!

The wigs are of very good quality. They have a wide variety of designs and colors. The thickness of the hair is correct and they look very natural. The clothes are also very cute, Gothic Lolita style. It is a good company. I will definitely buy here again.

The return policy is stricter than a UK school with uniforms, the dresses are poor quality and its shocking how long it took to actually get them to deliver the order

Arrived slightly sooner than expected, good condition, colour and length were spot on and great value for money. The bangs are a lot more natural looking than other cosplay wigs I've tried too.

I ordered a blonde with orange wig for Mami chan and it’s beautiful (need to say that the wig is a model for daily use, but I think it’s perfect for the character!) the colors are so cute and clean, wig’s soft and comfortable, they customer service is awsome, I will use this wig for more looks, love it 🤍

I have more than 10 Lolitain wigs now and recieved a lot of compliments. The quality is great, so nice that you can adjust them. So many styles to choose from. And shipping is faster nowadays! I did had to pay a little tax fee the last time unfortunately.

estaba mal elaborado, Ademas le falta 2 pinzas que ayudan a sostener la peluca para que no se caiga.
Cuando fui hacer el reclamo para la devolucion de mi dinero y de la peluca me lonegaron todo. Y no se quieren hacer cargo de lo sucedido.

Ademas pague un seguro un flete y un envio costoso y me parece mal que siendo una tienda reconocida no les importa comovendan sus productos solo le importa ganar el dinero y no les importa como s sienta el cliente
