lolitain Reviews

It is a beautiful store, I love it because it has a wide variety of excellent quality products, the wigs are beautiful at a good price and of excellent quality, the clothes are beautiful and the fabric is very good, there are many styles and everything is beautiful at a good price💞

I purchased two items from here. The communication with lolitain was fantastic. They were very helpful & answered my queries rapidly. The items took a while to come (nearly a month, this was due to yodel having problems. I was informed of this after emailing about my order). But very happy with my purchase. My daughter loves her presents. All in all a very happy customer.

I love this brand!! It’s so cute and the clothing and accessories are stunning! I highly recommend 🫶🏻🎀

I really love lolitain , it has a lot of variety of wigs and clothes , usually the wigs where I live are usually very expensive and bad but lolitain wigs are another level , they are good and accessible for everyone , it has a lot of variety of colors too and different styles of hairstyles and cuts if you want to feel daring , I really recommend lolitain is the best .

They have a wide variety of wigs that you can't find on any other page and the lolita accessories are very cute, it's definitely one of my favorites.

My outfit was delivered quickly and looks great and is good quality

Package arrived very quickly...they shipped it out on 24th november and it arrived to my country on 28th november...altho processing time took 9 days instead on 5 business days...but i'm fine with it...i've never bought any lolita dresses so i don't know about others' opinions but in MY opinion dress and shirt are good quality. It's smooth and stretchy. Bows on the dress are not sewn on, can be put on with safety pins. Customer service was very friendly and helpful too. They always answered my questions in less than 10h. The name of my dress is👉 Red And White Lace Bowknot Sweet Lolita Dress Set

Absolutely beautiful wig!!
The colours and the quality is 5 stars! I highly recommend to anyone for every day use or for cosplay, The quality is amazing, the wig looks really realistic rather than some can look really fake, will deffo buy again from this website! absolutely stunning!! This will be a perfect hit with my aesthetic style when uploading cosplay picture and videos.

Total scam.

My parcel was in Western Australia perth then ended up back in Queensland south Australia asked for explanation no help from loltain or the courier asked for a refund refused so trying to get a refund through my bank.
Totally useless such a scam

I tried their wigs, and they are very beautiful. I love them, they are very soft, and they have a lot of hair. Fully complies with the price and quality ratio
Apart from the fact that they have many options to choose from, I want them all I totally recommend buying from lolitain.

excellent attention, beautiful unique products in colors and models I loved the quality of their products, I am very happy they were also always very kind They have a wide variety of products, both wigs and clothes. I loved everything. It's hard to choose. I wanted to take everything.

In love with all the variety of clothes they have and they also ship internationally and that makes it even better. I recommend it 🧡

Wow I’m amazed with the quality they have huge variety of wigs and shades, i will definitely buy again.

Very helpful company, and they have such a variety of wigs! love it. The wigs always look really nice and pretty, and they don't look too synthetic. This will be perfect for cosplay and when I plan on taking a few wigs to Japan. Thanks so much!!!

the wigs are beautiful, they have many nice colors and their quality is very good, I definitely recommend them.<3

Never, and I mean NEVER buy from this site. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Or even negative stars.

They steal pictures from other sites and sell a crappy replica made of really, *really* cheap materials at the prize of a real brand when it is not. Everything they sell is literally cheap costume quality, absolutely not wearable as lolita clothes (or clothes in general, as the quality is way too poor) and totally not worth the prizes they assign. They even sell cosplay costumes in very poor quality from anime or games and try to pass it as lolita style and put a super expensive prize to them. If you want a cheap quality cosplay costume go buy it at a site where it's advertised as cosplay and has a reasonable prize according to its quality, not here.

Just an absolute scam, there is no other way to put it. They are most probably one of Milanoo's sockpuppets, and if not just as terrible as them.

If you truly value your money, do not trust these scammers. They are extremely unprofessional and will likely sell you counterfeit products. With my personal experience, I did receive two things that are confirmed to be genuine, one of the coats I ordered was so poorly made I had to return it. Only for them to tell me that they never received it so they are not giving me a refund. There are two other coats I bought and I do notice one of them being slightly different to the original picture. They claim it's made with wool but I don't even know if it's actually made with polyester which the cheap stuff. I would say this however, it does a good enough job of keeping me warm. Please, whatever you do, don't buy from this store. There are plenty of better options out there. If you can't be bothered looking through TaoBao and and looking for shipping agents, you can always go to Devilinspired, LolitaWardrobe or My Lolita Dress.

Order arrived 3 weeks after the event I wanted the outfit for had taken place!
I constantly tried to ask customer services to either cancel or if I could return but was met with little to no help or explanation.
£280 completely wasted, only order if you can wait weeks for the order to arrive and you are positive it will fit as there are no returns for any other reason except damage on arrival.

I recently bought a wig for a cosplay. The wig was shipped very fast, normally I would always wait, but the process was fast. In this way, the wig arrived quickly and I liked the quality of the wig, it is a great wig. I will be buying a lot of wigs and costumes from here again for my new cosplay and makeup work because it's amazing

there are many wigs of different colors, designs and sizes, they are perfect for any occasion and even for cosplay, I highly recommend them for their quality and safety, they also have other things like lolita dresses and everything that has to do with it, It is a very varied store with very nice things🤗💗
