Beautiful wigs! Spent ages on their website trying to decide what one to order cause I wanted them all! Can’t wait for my wig to arrive so I can try it on!

They’re absolutely amazing! I’ve ordered from them twice and have had no issues whatsoever. They get the measurements perfect and they’re customer service is great. The material is so nice and not cheaply made, its all worth the price! I highly recommend it! And by the way it takes about 2 weeks to a month to arrive, which isn’t bad at all if you’re patient.

Total scam reseller. Unprofessional, unpolite, expensive for not real reason. Never got my order and no refound after a month. Please shop elsewhere!

The customer service is awful, completely unprofessional. At the end of the day the shop is only an overpriced reseller with a terrible communication.

Very nice wig. Good color and style. Excited to wear it and coordinate it with outfits. Happy to find multicolored purple wig at this length.

Die Size-Charts sind ein Witz. Kleidung passt eventuell kleinwüchsigen Asiaten.
Selbstverständlich werden zu kleine Kleidungsstücke nicht umgetauscht. Für die Größenauswahl gibt es ja die Größentabellen :-(

Awful customer service. I placed an order in early December and paid for faster shipping which site said would take 3 to 5 days after order was processed. I received an email immediately after order saying that my account was charged. A week later, no more communication and no notice of shipping. Two weeks later the same, so I check my order details on the site and it said “still processing.” I sent three emails during this period requesting information and an update but got radio silence. I feel as I have been I have been robbed and don’t know how to get my money back. Avoid this site-seems like a huge scam. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was gifted with a wig from Lolitain and the customer service, speedy shipping and incredible wig quality made for a great experience! I'll definitely be returning there as the products are really high quality.

I received a blue wig with long braids (for a Jinx cosplay) from Lolitain and I am in love! The hair is soft, but not so soft it tangles into a matted mess, which happens often with cheap cosplay wigs. It’s easy to brush and the individual fibres do not easily shed, which surprised me considering the length of the wig.
With the wig being so long I was afraid that it may be too heavy, but the density was perfect to not give me a single headache! The cap fit my head well and wasn’t overly large.
Overall I had an amazing experience with Lolitain and cannot wait for my Jinx cosplay to be complete!

Placed order on 30 Sep. According to information on their website should have taken about 3 weeks at the MOST to receive. On Nov 20th I still did not have the dress so I emailed them asking for an update. They said the dress is out of stock and asked me to select a different style. Excuse me?!? This information, about the product not being in stock and therefore never having been shipped, came only because I emailed THEM. The least you would expect is that they'd let you know as soon as possible when this happens and would apologize and offer a refund!!! I asked them about the availability of a different product - no response for several days. Then, I got tired of them and asked for a refund. No respond for several days. I almost went to my credit card company for a chargeback when they suddenly emailed me that "my order had been shipped". They had ignored my request for a refund and shipped the other alternative product that I asked about (without confirming that I wanted it, instead of the refund.) Then, finally on December 14 I receive the product, 2.5 months after I'd paid and placed my order (for a different product). I will never buy from this company again. Ps. Also on their website in the sizing/measurement section they advise you to not order based on the measurement table but to order a significantly bigger size than the measurement table indicates. This is BS, I ordered according to the measurement table and the sizing was correct. If I went by their advise, I would have gotten a dress too big.

Awful customer service. Sent an item back 2 months ago and still not received refund. Quality of clothing poor, and not like images displayed on website. Avoid!

I ordered two dresses and two pairs of shoes from the website that were estimated to be delivered at the end of October. After taking twice as long in processing as is advertised on the website, my package finally shipped! I had paid for the expedited shipping and I am so thankful I did! After shipping, the item arrived at my door within 3 days and made it just in time for my event!

The dresses are absolutely amazing quality. They don't come wrinkled or just shoved in a bag. There is a lot of care in how they are packaged and I really appreciate that! I also live the shoes! So comfortable! I don't even feel like I'm wearing platforms! I will totally be ordering from here again!

Also, I was working with customer service during this time. They responded promptly to my first few messages and then stopped responding when I began asking if the items had shipped or what was taking so long since it had been past the estimated arrival date. I was planning to leave a much lower review due to this but since the items arrived in time, I couldn't help but give 5 stars

TL:DR: The items will take way longer to process than is expected so try to plan for 15-20 business days of processing ESPECIALLY if they are having a huge sale. The quality of the items are phenomenal for the price paid and I would recommend both the shoes and dresses!! BUT customer service will probably ghost you at a certain point so just be warned.
