Very pleased. Dan arrived on time. He quickly found that the window had not been fitted correctly in the first place - which is what we unfortunately suspected. Dan explained the problems and what he could do to fix them. He got the window fully working again and did a great job of tidying up afterwards.

The work cost far less than replacing the window.

Great service, friendly team, and reasonable prices. We will definitely use them for future repair needs. We had 5 windows draft proofed along with minor repairs and had a great experience. The team was knowledgeable, worked quickly and was able to address a couple additional repairs that were discovered on the day. They were also great with our dog!

Dan and his team did a fantastic job. They worked with such speed and attention to detail - sorting out 8 windows here with many issues. They are definitely skilled craftsmen and this shone through, ensuring all the windows and their frames were free of rot. They were professional, polite and thorough. Would highly recommend.

We really can't recommend them enough. The speed at which they work, while not compromising on quality is excellent. This is a significantly more cost effective option than replacement, and has made a big difference for us already in terms of noise from the street.
The boys even managed to do all windows prior to our latest baby arriving - all of which hugely appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate at endorsing this group.

Replaced bottom and middle rails that were held together with wood filler, reglazed broken pane and inserted draught proofing.
James who did the work was brilliant - it's clear he really cares about doing a great job. Thanks also to office manager Gemma who dealt with all the emails etc and Brian who measured up the job. A very professional team who I would highly recommend.

Brian, Dan and their team have done a wonderful job. I am so glad i went with them rather than replacing my wooden sash and casement windows, not least because of how much cheaper it is. They have cut away all the rotten wood and replaced all of the cords and latches and added draft proofing so the windows actually work and there's no longer a gale running through the flat. They also retrofitted double glazing into some of the windows, and I'll be back when I can afford double glazing for the rest! The team were lovely, they worked quickly and I felt comfortable having them in my house. Highly recommend!

This is a really hard working, professional and polite team of craftsmen. The communication was great throughout and we were absolutely delighted with the finished product. We had thickened glass put in our sash windows and they made whatever repairs were needed to bring the frames to a high standard (inc replacing with hardwood). They cut bevelled cross bars on site which transformed the aesthetics of our upper floor windows. I’ve already had neighbours asking for their details, which speaks for itself. (We had obtained various quotes and they were priced fairly.) Hope that helps in your search.

So pleased to have asked London Sash Windows Repairs to do the work. I had a comprehensive initial quote. I needed two newly made sashes, two double glazed sashes and several sill repairs. There was good communication throughout. And a great service. The team were efficient and courteous on the day, worked extremely hard and did a great job. There were a couple of things that needed rectifying and they came back within the week and did it. Very happy with the work.

Highly recommended - we had 9 windows refurbished in 3 days and I wish we had done it years ago. Very efficient process - quote done promptly and the 2 man team, Ryan and Dave, arrived when they said they would, did more repairs than were initially identified when the windows came out and billed the amount quoted. Highly recommend these guys! They did a great job on our awkwardly located bathroom window, replacing the rotten wood and finishing it to a high standard. There was also clear communication throughout the process and they’re very competitively priced.

Absolutely professional high quality work and fairly priced! Very communicate from the beginning to the end, very professional (I cannot emphasise that enough) and efficient (they did 4 large and two small sash windows in less than two days, including double glazing). This company is busy and rightly so!
Brian did a thorough assessment of all of my windows, talking me through the whole process. The information was great. My sash windows were repaired over two days to an exceptional standard. Ryan and Dave were amazing chaps, they arrived very early and worked effectively and relentlessly all day and they cleaned up well. I can say I truly saved a fortune on other companies quote’s for repairs, who only wanted to replace the sash windows at costs of tens of thousands. I am so pleased with the result and pleased that this is a sustainable option.
