Everything from start to finish was amazing with Sash Windows London. Atul was incredibly attentive and thoughtful when he first visited the property, taking care and consideration into our ideas. The installation was seamless and pricing very competitive. I couldn't recommend them more and we are beyond happy with the final result.

From design to build everything was great.All the guys that came were friendly polite and professional.The job was completed in the estimated time to a very high standard.Really happy and would def recommend.

We had a very good experience navigating the world of Sash windows with Dustin from Sash Windows London. As we couldn't make it to the showroom, he set up a video call to show us around and went over and aboard to help us get the best deal. Highly recommend

After initial difficulties and confusion at the office, when the windows arrived they were truly excellent and the 2 man who installed them could not have been bettered - quick, efficient, clean, very considerate and polite.

We are very pleased with our new windows from Sash Windows! We had a front and side bay completed and the quality of the UPVC is very good, and looks very professional. I had 7 timber sash windows manufactured and installed by SWL. Overall I had a great experience. The sales team were very professional, providing solutions for my requirements. The communication during manufacturing and organising installation was excellent.
The installation teams were fantastic. Efficient, hard working, clean and tidy, very polite and respectful and the quality of their work was outstanding.
Above all the quality of the manufactured product was first class and faultless.
This is a great company with a first class product and would highly recommend.

Before selecting Sash Windows London to supply and fit uPVC windows I visited at least 4 potential suppliers showrooms. While seeking initial advice I found the staff extremely knowledgeable not only about their products but the wider market for replacement windows. The quality of their windows stood out from their competitors, they were certainly not the cheapest but the product quality and service was exceptional. Exceptional quality of service and professionalism continued throughout the process leading to to site survey / measure up, through to being kept informed while awaiting manufacture through to the installation. The install team did a thoroughly professional job, putting down carpet protector and left the apartment super tidy removing all rubbish. Apart from the newly installed windows I'd never have known they had been in the apartment. Post installation Sash Windows London followed up to check that I was satisfied before sending the final invoice. I'm clearly a very satisfied customer.

Great experience from start to finish....! Stumbled across them while researching for a few quotes to replace my how windows and doors. It started with just a mere 'comparison' needs but rest is history.

From first visit from Luca, to the Survey from James and installation team of Jake plus many more like installer Julius and the rest, all steps, communication and dedication to help shined through!

Special call out to Luca who went the extra mile to help me alter my original requests despite my confirming earlier and Julius, who helped to clean up and even close all my doors with tapes so dust won't get into the room, not to mention the quality of their workmanship and outcome was outstanding.

We had an excellent experience with Sash Windows from start to finish. Very helpful and happy to have multiple conversations whilst we were making up our minds. Then when it came to the installation, they were on schedule, worked incredibly fast, and were lovely whilst in our home. They also cleaned up their mess afterwards. Exceptional service from Sash Windows. From first contact through to installation, the whole team could not have been more helpful, professional and considerate. The windows themselves are exceptional quality, and the fitting process was quick and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend both the company and their windows.

I've had a great experience with Sash Window. They replaced two of the main windows in my new flat and the process was flawless. They assessed the situation properly, suggested a plan and take care of the installation. The previous windows were rotten and tilted so big kudos to them to complete the installation of the new ones.

Brilliant, attentive service right from the initial enquiry to the actual fitting. The whole process has been so easy and the final look has exceeded all my expectations. Can’t recommend enough

If you are London-based, I’d recommend using Direct Trade instead of Sash. We had to switch to them and partly cancel the contract with Sash due to negligence. Direct Trade offer slimmer window frames than sash. Much quicker and more competent end to end process too.

With Sash, our project was initially delayed by more than a month as they flip-flopped: no scaffolding required, yes scaffolding required, no scaffolding required but we need a cherry picker, no cherry picker required but extra staff need to be on site.

We asked for like-for-like window replacement however we were surprised when the first windows went in with big strips of additional plastic on the edges of the window, which obscured the view. They later admitted they forgot to tell us about this. However, instead of taking full accountability, they pointed to the survey document where there was a buried reference to ‘add ons’ (no explanation of what they are, amid thousands of words of similar jargon in the survey). When I read into the survey, that reference to ad ons was for only SOME of the window windows not ALL of them, however Sash put add-ons on ALL the windows. They also did not include dimensions in the survey, so it really was a surprise when these big strips of plastic went in blocking the view, where they were no strips before.
Sash refused to take full accountability for this. In the end, we had to go with another provider (Direct Trade) who were able to supply windows that did not require add-ons. Sash still charged us for the windows we did not use, so the cost of their mistake was several thousand pounds to us.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they try and unfairly remove this review because they seem incapable of acknowledging their own mistakes.

Lastly, not a complaint but just an interesting observation: during the conversations with Sash about who is responsible for the cost of 3x unused windows that Sash ordered, on the phone their operations manager said “You do know if this goes to tribunal, it will come up that formal approval is required for changes to a listed of building.”

Some issues with accurate quotes and order but once finalised everything happened smoothly. The installers Robert & Norbert very good, left everything clean, resolved a problem very well and pointed out a scratch

Well made, excellent quality and nicely installed windows. The product is worth the high price tag. I suggest having them install for you as they do a brilliant job from start to finish.

Thrilled with our new window! Our old window used to get terrible condensation that we had to window vac every morning but so far that seems a thing of the past with our new window. The installation team finished the installation to an excellent standard and the room feels both warmer and quiter. Looks gorgeous too, the wood grain sash looks like timber! The sales process wasn’t pressurised at all either, can’t recommend the company enough.

The experience of dealing with Sash Windows London was first class from beginning to completion. James provided excellent and unassuming advice towards my choice of windows and Marek and Gary fitted them to perfection. Installation was punctual, professional and painless and the guys left the rooms neat and tidy. Apart from the longish wait between ordering and installation (2 months), the windows look beautiful and bring a feeling of calm to both rooms. A little early to tell how much the glazing will impact on heat retention over time but I am delighted with the work.
