Our experience was excellent from start-to-finish. We are renovating a 1923 arts and crafts house and had to replace all 48 (original Crittall)windows and external doors that had deteriorated beyond repair. Robin arranged for us to visit the factory and was happy to come to our house several times to discuss our plans and bring samples. The fine profile heritage range perfectly complements and transforms the look and thermal performance of our house. Richard and Dylan were on site for almost a month. Always timely and friendly, they did a brilliant job on the installation dealing with all the issues that inevitably arise with an older property. The quality of the installation is as important as the quality of the windows and doors and we are thrilled with the end-result. Laura in Customer Care was also very helpful in tying everything together and quickly answering questions along the way.

A great product, I am very, very happy with the windows. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant helpful and efficient. A good experience from every angle.

A swift and professional delivery of smart windows

THWC have been excellent. We replaced all our windows and added 2 sets of sliding doors and have found the quality to be excellent. The whole process from start to finish has been smooth and the people lovely to deal with. Everyone has been very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great Service, Great Windows. We had a break in so they pushed our order through faster to secure our property, that’s a really nice thing to do. The windows are of great quality and the service from start to finish was superb. We’ve used a different company in the past but we’ll only use The Heritage Window Company for the rest of our project.

Every point of contact from the initial visit to the Dorking showroom through the detailed measuring and ordering process then the fitting has been exemplary. The quality of materials in the French doors and windows is extremely high and glad that we opted for the slim profile frames allowing so much natural light into the new kitchen.
This is a seriously well organised and efficient company who are a refreshing joy to deal with. Can’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

Men from this company harassing me and making me uncomfortable from their van on the road - no option on website to complain. only to enquire about work, no way to protect myself if the drivers involved see it and are local to me. Disgusting behaviour to exhibit whilst representing your company

Amazing new windows and doors in our bay leading to the garden. Lets in a lot more light and the units themselves seem really well made.
Nick, Oli, Luke and team were an absolute pleasure to have around and did a great job. ‘Making good’ including recreating the edge of the cornice and creating a reveal that does justice to the new windows deserves to be called out - great work. Thank you.

We replaced some rather tired single-glazed leaded light windows in our top storey with Heritage's Conservation Slimline (double-glazed) aluminium windows. Our house was built in the "arts and craft" style in 1913 and it is important that the windows retain an authentic look (including leaded lights). We are really pleased with the result and the fitters - led by Paul - were exemplary. Well done to the team!

Efficient, tidy & very pleasant fitters

The entire process from quotation to installation was professional, punctual and seamless. Our large bay window was installed during challenging weather in mid-February and the team were clean, tidy, efficient and very courteous. Would definitely recommend and use again for our 90 year old house retrofit.

The sales and survey team were professional and had that knowledge that comes from a wealth of experience. The installation team were superb, tidy and cleared up and cleaned up each day.
We are delighted with the finished job and the product which exceeds expectations.

New upstairs landing window successfully installed to replace an old window where the wooden frame was beginning to rot away. Everything went very smoothly: from the ever-patient salesperson who provided several quote permutations, to the detailed measuring up, very efficient erecting of scaffolding by the team, and finally the two installers on the day who were very tidy, polite and skilled in their work. Interaction with the office admin/installation coordination teams was equally efficient. Not the cheapest quote or quickest time from order to installation, but a reassuringly professional job was done. I have used them before and am highly likely to do so again if I need new windows.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delightful team installed the windows and the end result could not be better The new windows haven’t changed the character of the old cottages but have made them significantly warmer. Definitely 5*
