I had six windows replaced by Sash Windows London and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. The survey and ordering were clear and straightforward, and communication before the job started was really good – I always knew what was happening and when.
The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and took real care to protect my home while they worked. The job was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy.
The new windows look fantastic – I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Sash Windows London to anyone thinking about getting theirs replaced.

This was my first experience replacing old wooden windows with new uPVC in a shared freehold block, which was a bit more complex. However, the sales team quickly provided a stunning and comprehensive brochure, and Luca was fantastic in the beginning, delivering quotes and necessary paperwork and suggesting a visit to the charming Sash Windows showroom near Clapham Junction, which we visited. A minor communication mix-up regarding the survey was resolved by Jake, and the installation by Robert, with a quality/satisfaction check by Elvin, went very smoothly, with the Sash Windows team taking care of all the clean-up. I am thrilled with the finished result; the new double-glazed windows look beautiful, fit perfectly, and significantly enhance sound and energy efficiency. I've mentioned a few names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team. They are a lovely family-run company providing a personal, high-quality service. Highly recommended.

I have an old wonky house and my windows were parallelograms really. These guys did a great job straightening everything out and now i can't hear anything of the street below. My room is much warmer and quieter and it all looks much better

Very happy with the experience and end result.

I wanted to replace 4 timber sash windows with new similar looking timber ones, given the old ones were worn out and falling apart in some places with the wood rotting away, as well as having poor thermal and noise insulation. I asked several companies for quotes. SWL came over and provided a quote promptly. I chose them because they appeared professional, knowledgeable and the quote was competitive.

The installation was rather uneventful: we agreed a date (allowing time for the windows to be built), SWL came on time and installed the windows over 2 days as agreed. The installers were courteous and efficient, the place was left clean and tidy. I asked SWL to come back a few days later to adjust (tighten) one of the sash mechanisms. Again, it was done quickly and efficiently.

The new windows look great and seem of good quality. The place look better overall because the new windows look neat (compared to the old ones). There is also a significant improvement with acoustics and insulation.

I would recommend SWL and would likely use them again.

After an initial consultation and chat we were presented with the options available and chose a new upvc set of doors. James was a very knowledgeable advisor in selecting new windows and the installation team were friendly and efficient. Post installation, we had some small teething issues with the locking mechanisms but these were fixed promptly
