waited for samples which didn't arrive. On calling I was told they were out of stock (why not let me know) but would be sent soon. Eventually they came and I wanted to order... Used the online chat which was supposed to be available - got no response despite leaving my number twice. a few days later, I called and spoke and asked if the carpet was in stock. Still waiting for a call back 5 hours later so bought elsewhere. Not good service. No point having a good range if we can't buy! Update: Interestingly, within a few minutes of leaving this review I was called twice and e mailed asking me to change my opinion, which I found upsetting.

Super fast service - carpet was fitted within a week of my initial enquiry! And great prices - 40% less than my local shop quoted for the same carpet. Thank you so much Lovecarpet 😀

Julie at Lovecarpet was really efficient, even during this difficult period with covid 19. From the initial ordering of samples to fitting took less than 2 weeks!!!! Fantastic service, quality carpets and fitted to the highest standard all done at a really competertive price. I cannot praise both Julie and Lovecarpets enough every hurdle was overcome and I would recommend this service to anyone first calss service thanks again.

Due to my local Carpet shop being closed due to Covid thought I'd give this company a go. All was well at the start was promised samples would come no later than a week and could get the estimator out and have the carpet fitted within 2 weeks, never received samples after nearly 2 weeks of waiting, no phone call with regards to estimator coming only one apologising that they had forgot about ringing my back at 19.45 in the evening. In the end I gave up and went to Carpetright. I'm sure this has worked for other people and maybe Covid has interrupted there process but even still feedback or progress report would of been useful.

I'd requested sample packs 3 times, after my third pack of samples and seeing my favourite colour I set up an appointment for Simon to come and measure. He was polite & friendly, even for a 6pm appointment. Within the week it was arranged for Simon, and Gary, the carpetfitters to fit my carpet. They arrived 45 mins early which was brilliant as I was out after 2pm. Done an absolutely brilliant job, and I kept the offcuts of carpet which means I really did get what I paid for. Cannot fault them at all. Jo & Julie were professional, friendly & funny on the phone. The carpet fitters were just as good. Brilliant service. Great price. I strongly recommend Lovecarpet.

I am yet to order from Love Carpet but I ordered their free samples on Thursday after speaking to Clare via their live chat. She was really helpful and made it easier to narrow down to a small number of contenders. They arrived Saturday morning in a lovely sample pack which I didn't expect (I thought they'd be thrown together in an envelope).

Their pricing seems really competitive on most ranges so I'm pretty sure they'll be able to offer me the best deal.

My neighbour is a carpet fitter so will be fitting it for me so all they have to do is deliver to him.

I saw that Love Carpet offered free samples so wanted to see they may look as I was weary it would look different on screen than in person. They were received the next day which I thought was very efficient.
I then had a call from Julie the sales manager to get my feedback on the carpets and to also run through an idea of the room measurements to get a quote.
I didn't want to get the measurements wrong so a local fitter came round to measure - I was assured that the cost of this will be knocked off the invoice total and would save any problems down the line.
Once I had my measurements I compared on other websites to see how competitive Love Carpet were. They were the only site that didn't charge extra for underlay and the door bars and grippers so the price I was quoted was for everything - £380 cheaper than 'Carpet Left' for the same carpet.

The fitting was carried out on the arranged day and they took my old carpets for a small charge.

Happy with the product / service / install, would use again if needed.

Avoid this company as they do not take any responsibility for the job afterwards. I wish I could post a picture of the terrible job they did - fraying carpet edges sticking up between the steps of my stairs. Three months after initial complaint and many many phone calls later no one has come to fix it let alone look at it.

Alarm bells should have started ringing for me when LoveCarpet sent the wrong samples and then got my order details wrong over email, but nothing could have prepared me for the fact that they actually installed the wrong carpet i.e. not the one I had ordered. Rather than issuing a full apology and offering adequate compensation, they placed the blame on manufacturer error and refused to top-up the manufacturer's pitiful compensation offer. Needless to say, I would never use this company again and would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. Please avoid.

This is the second time I have used the Love Carpet Company. They fitted my house out two years ago and I was pleasantly impressed with their level of services and prices.

I have now moved houses and the carpet that was there was in seriously need of a replacement.

So I called the 0800 number off their website and then was put through to their sales team.

I already knew the process that they go through to get the job done.
I knew what the name of the carpet I wanted and the dimensions of the rooms. So it was quick and easy and they got the fitters in ASAP.

The same customer service was delivered and the fitters did a fantastic job.
