5 star service from Matthew who guided me through the many options available, which was very much appreciated by this newbie!

My partner and I rang up as we had a dozen questions to ask about the cruise we were interested in. We spoke to Matthew who was super informative answering all our questions. Matthew was not pushy at all, understanding we needed time to process all the information. Matthew sent all the info in an email. We only waited 5 minutes and with his direct number we called him back and booked our dream holiday.

We have just booked our second cruise with Loveit Bookit on board the Explora 111 to Alaska for 2027 & Olivia who dealt with our enquiry was super friendly & so helpful, making sure we had the suite we wanted, Hotel in Vancouver & preferred flights.

Helpful friendly attitude by staff member re telephone queries. Prompt response to email enquiries. Flexibility shown re having additional elements added to the booking both re stopovers and add ons to main holiday. Prompt issue of travel confirmation and clear description of exact details of the holiday.

With my first contact emailing Loveitbookit and then speaking to Becky to book our holiday the whole experience was easy and stress free.Becky said if there was any issues with the booking just ring her directly and she would sort them out.

It was really easy to book my cruise. I had phoned up weeks earlier and got a quote. I then phoned back and Debbie was able to answer all my questions. She was very patient and didn’t rush me which I appreciated. Debbie offered advice on the different options available and nothing was too much trouble. I wanted local flights and an extra hotel day before the cruise and this was no problem. The price, was very reasonable too and I had done a lot of research with other cruise operators. I thought the cruise itself was really good value for money and came with some free upgrades - always a bonus.

Excellent service from Olivia when booking our cruise to South America and Antarctica, being ex travel industry I’m fussy who I book with, but highly recommend both Olivia and Love It Book It for planning your special trip.
