Our first time booking a cruise with LoveitBookit and I was very happy with the overall service and helpfulness of the telephone advisor (John Hull).

John was really helpful, made sure I had all the information I needed to make s decision. Once I booked, he called and went through all the details with me. He also took the time to talk me through options with another cruise I am considering. There was absolutely no pressure. Thank you.

On Saturday we booked our 3rd cruise with Love it Book it. We were assisted by Olivia who provided us with all the detailed information on the cruise we had chosen. She was very polite, professional and pleasant. The cruise we chose was in their most recent tv show and we really appreciate the packages which Love it Book it offer as it includes flights, transfers, hotels stays and the cruise and this makes the whole experience easier and safer than a cruise only trip. The package price which Love it Book it offers is excellent value for money and another great reason to book with them.

Booking with Love It Book It is so easy and John H was great to deal with.

A company that is VERY anti the solo traveller. I will never think that it is fair that if you are solo but still want to go on nice holidays and will probably eat less/drink less/likely make less mess yet every company charges more but Love it Book it wanted to charge me 2.5 times as much as the per person charge shown when I called about one that was on the TV programme at £3999 per person but was quoted in excess of £9k. Naturally I didn’t take that well and they were told “thanks but no thanks”. I went elsewhere and yes still paid more but got exactly what I wanted which included a balcony cabin as well as a few extras included and yes even though I still had to pay more than I would if I had a partner but was just a little bit which was acceptable. When are these companies going to realise that there are many many solo travellers who want to book lovely holidays.

Olivia was fantastic and answered all our questions professionally and was very helpful advising us which cabin was best value. We will definitely be using her to book our future cruises.

This is the second cruise I have booked with loveitbookit, Lou has been outstanding always getting back to me immediately with any questions I have had. Their pricing is competitive and staff are very knowledgeable friendly and patient. I will definitely use them in the future and have recommended them to friends.

Wonderful help and assistance from Lou. We had to make last minute date changes to a long haul cruise holiday for medical reasons, which put us in a state of panic because we were within a week of a deadline for changes.
I got very sympathetic help and reassurance from Lou, and thankfully we were able to book the same cruise for a date four months later, for minimal costs.
Very grateful for the help, and thanks to Love it Book it for their assistance, highly recommended.

this is our first time booking a cruise , we were thinking of booking on website but instead phoned through and spoke to matthew , he answered all our questions reguarding the 6* miami regent cruise , talked us through our cabin choice . he was able to make the booking for us there and then and also explaned other helpfull things we forgot to ask about , this was in our opppinion great customer service , thanks matt,

Dealt with Matthew Hawkins. He had a very nice manner and nothing was too much trouble. He explained all our options for the holiday clearly and again with an amiable manner. All in all a very nice experience. Thank you Matthew, you deserve your 5 stars!

The booking process was fine and we were well looked after by Mark, he answered all our questions and was very helpful

My words of caution would be to be careful when booking ahead with LoveitBookit. We have a med trip booked with them on an NCL cruise. Since we booked (7 months ago), the price of the cruise element on the NCL website has dropped by £2000 EACH and LoveitBookit will not budge on price. We’d have been much better off booking direct with NCL. It’ll be our first and last trip with them!

We have used Love it Book It a number of times now and all bar one were excellent. The one exception was down to the cruise company. However we are happy to continue booking with Love it book it because of the great packages they put together. Coupled with the good value offers.
