LoveitBookit Reviews

Knowledgeable, friendly and informative cruise advisor Natalie made it a very easy process to follow up on TV special and book

I discussed my Cruise options with John this morning. He was so easy to speak too. Such a lovely person. John was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions professionally. He made my first online booking experience very easy.

So far so good 😊 Booked today for year, everything was very smooth, explained well, thank you John. Looking forward to our cruise.

Great experience booking another cruise with Love it Book It. Matthew Hawkins was a great help with all of our questions.

Just booked our 3rd cruise with Love it Book it and it was such an easy pleasant experience. Matthew was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend using them for booking your cruise.

First time we have used. Matthew Hawkins was very friendly and helpful
Booking process easy.

Helpful, friendly, professional, explained everything - always had a good service from LoveitBookit staff and Olivia Smith was exceptional today! Thank you!

Olivia was amazing from start to finish, we started the process a while ago, but thankfully, Olivia showed great patience with us. Would certainly recommend.

I spoke with Olivia on the telephone after requesting a call back and doing an online enquiry. Although the info on the website was very concise there were still a few things I needed to know. She answered all my questions immediately and provided an excellent service. She did not try to persuade me to book there and then but was happy for me to go away, discuss with my husband and call back again. She took me through the booking process and again confirmed a few last minute queries providing me with all the info that I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Just booked my 3rd Cruise with LoveitBookit and my second booking with Matthew, great guy, so helpful and knowledgeable and made the booking process super simple.
Love the offers and package deals that LoveitBookit offer, everything in one place, will continue to book with them.

We haven't even set sail yet, and we’ve already booked our third cruise with Love It Book It! The deals are simply too good to pass up, and the fantastic itineraries draw us in every single time.

Our booking process is always handled superbly by Matthew Hawkins. He is absolutely brilliant—professional, attentive, and makes everything seamless. If the actual cruises are half as good as Matthew’s customer service, we are in for an incredible trip. Highly recommended!

We have used Loveitbookit before, the performance is why we are using them again. Easy booking via Mathew who was easy to chat to, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Got the holiday we wanted and the date we wanted. The whole process was seamless.

Just booked our holiday with Olivia Her customer service is amazing. Love it Book it is our go to travel agent. We had the most amazing holidays with them. Everything very organised. We always watch Dan and Sam and book a TV deal because their presentations show the cruise ships and the itinary is brought to life. We are sold on this and I get so excited even though I book a year in advance. I would recommend Love it Book it for all your cruise arrangements

My experience with Love it Book it was exceptional.
Olivia was so professional and very friendly she was a pleasure to deal with. I got what i considered a very good deal. I would'ent hesitate to book again.

The whole process was very simple and LoveitBookit’s representative was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

The price quoted was very competitive and it all went so smoothly.

First time we have booked with loveitBookit.
Excellent customer service, many of thanks to Olivia who made the booking process so easy.

Olivia was great. I did a quick chat online initially and then asked her to call me in order to ask questions more easily. She called immediately. Booking was quick and easy and she was very knowledgable We have used loveitbookit before and would gaily recommend to anyone

So helpful and knowledgable. Friendly and comprehensive advice and knowledge. Quick and easy to book and get help.

Natalie was excellent - friendly but very professional. The cruise we were interested in was excellent value for money and much cheaper than anywhere else for the same holiday. There was no pressure to book leaving us to book in our own time. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service as always from initial contact by phone with Becky, who answered all of our questions fully and was happy to add extra nights in an hotel after our cruise ends in Tokyo. The written quote arrived swiftly on email, clearly detailing itinerary & costs. We rang & booked the following day. It’s lovely to deal with professionals like Becky, who are friendly & understand the value of great customer care.
